I absolutely love Dr. Hiren Patel and his staff! They are attentive/ prompt and so nice and courteous. Dr. Patel takes the time to listen to my concerns and does his best to put my mind at ease. He is also an incredible diagnostician!!

Black ppl stop goIng to this man. He cares nothing about our health or wellbeing but only our money. I called in on April 1st to make an appointment because of chest pains. Receptionist tells me that I can’t make an appointment because my insurance premium hasn’t been paid. I asked “how is that possible, it comes out of my account automatically” she said it’s showing that it’s not been paid! I asked “as of what date hasn't it been paid” she said “April”. I say, Ma’am it’s only April 1st and it’s 8am maybe the payment hasn’t posted yet. She rudely says “well it’s showing not paid so I can’t schedule the appointment” I knew right then this was not the place for me. You mean to tell me that I’m having a problem and can make an appointment bc my insurance is behind less than 24 hours. What makes you think I don’t have cash. All black ppl arent poor and we do pay our bills. I hung up knowing I would never be back. As soon as I hung up a notification came to my phone that my payment had been automatically drafted from my account at 8:35🙄.

Dr. Patel is Amazing he's the only Dr. I've ever had that actually SITS and LISTENS to you! I absolutely LOVE his bedside manner!! He remembers you and has a personal relationship as far as asking questions about how things have been going in your family 👪 🙂 I really like that !! If HE can't help you he makes SURE that he points you into the right direction of someone who CAN!!

The best primary Doctor and NPs I've ever had. The staff is outstanding and you are their priority. If you're thinking of going to Dr Patel, think no more and go. They are all a great team and their concern is the patient. I love Dr Patel and his complete team. They deeply care for their patients.
