My 21-month old had tubes placed in her ears. Dr. Stiles was great during the procedure and I appreciated his great bedside manner.

My daughter ran a low grade fever the next 2 days which the procedure papers said was normal. The 3rd day she ran a fever of 102.3. The procedure papers said to call the office if the fever was over 102, so I called at 6am and left a message for the on call doctor. I got a call back about an hour later from the check in line? saying they were following up to see if I'd been assisted. I informed them I had not, and was told they would page the on call doctor again.

I scheduled my daughter an appointment with her pediatrician since they were clearly not concerned with following up. I called the office back several times and when I finally reached someone, she insinuated I hadn't been able to reach them because I was selecting the option for the auditory department instead of appointments and that I hadn't received a call back from the doctor on call because he didn't perform her surgery. WHAT IS THE POINT OF BEING THE ON-CALL DOCTOR IF THEY ONLY RESPOND TO CERTAIN PATIENTS?

I never received a call back from anyone and I think it's absolutely horrible to perform a surgery on a toddler that required anesthesia and not respond to their guardian when there are possible complications.

Very disrespectful of your time. I waited and waited for 30 plus minutes for the doctor to come in my room. He never showed so I went up front to find out what was going on, while I’m up front the doctor decides he will just go into another room when I was telling them I had to be at work! I never actually saw the doctor today just his PA and she just prescribed me more meds. I’m still not sure why these meds were not prescribed at my first appointment it would have saved me a lot of trouble today! Also at my first appointment the doctor spent about 15 seconds examining me I feel like they just wanted to make sure I had to come back a second time to pay them more money!

The customer service HORRIBLE . Dr Stiles and the nurse practitioner were amazing , absolutely amazing i loved them. But the receptionist were horrible . My daughter had to have her tonsils and adenoids removed, I called worried about her during her recovery , and the lady was completely condescending and unsympathetic .

I was impressed with the state of the art equipment!! I finally got the correct diagnosis. The staff was mostly pleasant. I was skeptical after reading the reviews but everyone was nice! Not to mention I booked a same day appointment online!!

The wait time is horrible. My appointment time was 2:45pm I did not get called back till 3:40. Still had to sit in the back and wait on the Dr another 20min. I would recommend finding another ENT if possible

No matter what date or time you have an appointment expect to wait at least an hour after your appointment time to be called back to see a technician. Then you go back to the waiting room and wait another hour +/- 15 minutes to get called back to another room to wait another 30 minutes to speak to a doctor for about 5 minutes. I have 2 year old twins and everytime we have had an appointment it has gone the exact same way. Not to mention the front staff are very rude and don't seem to know what they are doing. The fist appointment we had after spending close to 4 hours to see the doctor I took my toddlers up front to check out. They have a separate checkout desk from the front reception desk but despite seeing a woman there the whole morning she wasn't there when I was trying to check out and schedule my kids next appointment. I stood there for 10 minutes making eye contact with the ladies at the reception desk multiple times before one of them told me they have no clue where she went and that I could check out up front. I thought that it was over and could finally leave but the receptionist despite seeing both my toddlers start loosing their minds and me telling her multiple times I had twins both of which were just seen and need follow ups couldn't remember that. She charged me my copay and I asked if that was for both and she confirmed it was for two payments. She then went on to schedule our new appointments but only scheduled for one of my kids so I asked her if I just bring both to the one appointment and she said oh no I forgot you had two. After a few more minutes she scheduled an appointment for my other kid two hours after the first appointment. I told her this wouldn't work and to schedule them back to back or to figure something out I wasn't going to wait there all day at the pase they were going. Finally I get back to back appointment times and as I'm leaving she calls me back and says she forgot to charge me for the other kids copay.

The third and last time I took my kids for a follow up I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time at 4pm and decided to leave because they closed pretty soon and there were a lot of people still waiting that were there before me. My wife calls me 40 minutes later after I'm already home saying the receptionist were looking for me. When she told them I left because they were taking too long they asked if I rescheduled my appointment....... which I would have to have done with them. They are just incompetent, slow, and inconsiderate of people's time. Find somewhere else.

First visit to this clinic and I would highly recommend them for all of your ENT needs! Most of the ladies at the front desk were very kind and professional, with the exception of one who must’ve been having an off Monday. Dr. Watley was knowledgeable and we have a game plan for some relief-finally!

Dr. Styles is amazing, I had an procedure done and was so comforting and reassuring.
