The actual doctor experience was okay. He seemed informed and attempted to help my condition, but getting my bill sent over to my insurance has been hell. I paid them for the service (because I thought they had already sent it to my insurance since I gave them my insurance information and told them to do so-but they chose not to) and simply asked to have the bill sent to my insurance so I could be reimbursed. This is after asking them to just simply send my bill to insurance to have them pay them. They lied and said they sent it twice, but my insurance said they never received it. At every step in this process I have been lied to and 6 months later, they still have not sent the entire bill (all they had to do was fax 1 sheet of paper over) to my insurance. I am outraged and I'm upset that I will never probably get my money back. They stole my money. I will not be back ever because of this. If you're not going to help me then at least tell me, don't keep lying about it. Horrible service and I wish I could sue at this point. I wish I could give no stars.

Once you see one of their Drs you are not allowed to swap to see another who might be best suited to you. Dr Sharma there has a rude personality, and has a need to be demeaning to patients. Treated me for exposure to TB then later denied he did, I showed the prescription bottle with his info in it. Chastised for not bringing mymeds, I did they were before his eyes, I explained nobody asked to see them. I went to him for respitory problems ( he is pulmonologist). He said I came to wrong Dr. I should start with gp. Then said if I was not better in 4 weeks to come back... what? would i ever go back

Dr green and his nurse Amanda treated me worst than I ever been treated in my life! Amanda hung the phone up on me for no reason and refuse to see me again! They had me at Walmart looking dumb because they cancelled my meds without telling me' they lied on Walmart! After me taken hour drive just to see them and having to wait three hours because a mistake on they part! I don't know if color played a role in this but dr green and his nurse should be fired

Dr. Royal and Courtney are such a great team. They have always taken such good care of me. The staff has been helpful and are doing everything to keep everyone safe! Highly recommend IMA!

Mens bathroom door does not latch!!! This is in the waiting area by front door. Has been this way at least 3 months.

I have only had good experiences with IMA. The staff, nurses and doctors have been very good.
