To everyone complaining about religious involvement at this location- if you read anything about it or did any research you would know this is a Christian doctors office. Being hateful because they're trying to do what may not seem like the right thing to you, but is to them, is just childish. They were not forceful or rude about anything medically or spiritually. This is an office full of good people trying to do the right thing in God's eyes. Even if you don't believe in God, it's certainly worth considering that they are approaching this with the BEST intentions and hearts full of love. I had a great experience at Mercy.

I went in with health concerns that were dismissed and told I should meditate on it and take over the counter heartburn medication at a seperate visit.. They didn't do anything to figure out what was going on with my health or give me any way or information on what I could do. They just told me that the one thing they had looked for was clean and that was it. Instead, on a separate, later visit for gynecological reasons they had Charles, the volunteer, not a pastor or priest, but a random stranger, a random, strange, absolutely no medical experience but apparently religious man who was not asked for at any point, with no discussion or announcement of a prayer session-- good old Charles knocked on my door, knowing my name and asked me what I was going to say at the gates when I died to get in. Asked if I'd read the Bible and told me I needed to and to start listening to God. This was, thankfully after I'd had the rushed gynecological visit and pap smear and was clothed again but I don't know how Charles would of known that or my name unless the information was given. While they seemed like nice people it is ultimately not a good place for medical care and it is extra cruel that it is targeted at the poorer community who have nowhere else to go. I also assume all of this is because I put i didn't go to church despite answering yes to believing in God and being Christian.

Besides receiving treatment for my physical issue, I was welcomed with great attention. A girl prayed with me and listened to my concerns. I left there with a light heart and the certainty that good people exist in this world.

So so grateful for this clinic. I have no insurance and limited income. Mercily Medical has:
-helped me get checked out when sick for only $35
-scheduled health procedures and recieved prescriptions medications for discounted rates (screening colonoscopy for about $500)
-even prescriptions for mental health meds.
Truly thankful that we have something like this in town.

The volunteer prayer consultants they send in after the doctors are finished have been kind and respectful overall, even when unintentionally misgendering me. If Christian prayer is a trigger, may wanna bring a friend along to support you with those volunteers

They conceal a lot of information about your health. I think this place is a coverup for recruiting people to their religious sect. They look for people in need. Generally speaking, sick people are more vulnerable and susceptible of converting to a religious sect.

The impression I got is that they're more focused on the religion part than on the health one. Meaning they would barely listen to your condition and symptoms. They force you to pray at the end of your visit and push you to join a religious organization under the guise of wanting to help you. They must think I'm stupid that I'm gonna do anything they say just because I wanna be cured. Like they have the remedy and without them I am nothing. Plus they misdiagnosed me.

I would stay away completely from this clinic. The moment they told me they partner with EAMC, I understood so many things. Another hospital I will never be setting a foot in. I had a really bad experience there and saw a ton of red flags.

Doctor Michael roberts is such a great doctor he is so kind and really listens . He has helped me so much till I can get my surgery … and ms Becca Johnson is the sweetest and she is also so kind and listens and she wants to find out what is causing ur symptoms and get u better or refer u to a specialist that can help. There is also prayer for patients they pray for my family and health . Everyone there is awesome. I highly recommend mercy medical. And dr Crosby is also a very kind doctor and caring he listens and talks with u and says a prayer with u. I will miss all the awesome staff and doctors there…

If you're in a mental or emotional emergency, this is not the place to go. It was my own mistake by going to the wrong people. Someone with anxiety shouldn't be left alone so long and then told a volunteer would come pray with me. Like I haven't tried that for 46 years. Thanks for nothing. Thanks for the referral I never got. Thank you so much. I feel like I am better. Not.

I had a good experience the first time I went. I didn't have to wait that long and in the process of waiting, prayer was offered. I appreciate that because I was having one of those days. I believe in God and I know He is FAITHFUL and you never know how God will put people in your path. So I appreciate the whole staff.
