I would highly not recommend this place to anyone. We took our one week old for his check up ( keep in mind our child is a premie) and it started off the “normal” way a new patient appointment would start. However the first red flag was when we got our blank forms to fill out and there was someone’s else’s information attached to them. We saw it all parents info, child’s info, it was all there on the first page. We get mistakes happen but that’s a hippa violation. Fast forward to being put in a patient room waiting for the doctor to come… we should have just left here but we knew our child needed to be seen. The room was disgusting there was bugs, dirt, dust, and so much more just take a look at the pictures we took! Hopefully this review will help other new parents decide on a different doctor rather this nightmare of a place. We ended up not even finishing the appointment and walking out that’s how bad it was . Next thing we have had issues with is getting them to give our child’s medical forms over to the new pediatrician we are going too. We have gone back and forth with them for 3 almost 4 weeks now and it took my husband and I calling every single day for a week and we still don’t have them!!! We ended up paying for them to be printed because we knew we probably wouldn’t get them anytime soon. Please Please Please do not bring your loved ones here and take a look at the pictures.

We are so grateful to have Dr. Chandra and her team as as my children's pediatrician.
For many years with Preferred Medical, it was clear that Dr. Chandra is not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate. They take the time to listen to our concerns, explain things in a way that’s easy to understand, and always make my children feel comfortable and cared for.
What we appreciate most is the genuine care and attention they give, not just during appointments, but also in follow-ups and ensuring we have everything we need for my children's health and well-being.
I couldn’t ask for a better pediatrician and highly recommend Dr. Chandra and her team to any family looking for exceptional care.

The front desk needs to learn some customer service etiquette. Our first visit went fine, the doctor was great. Our second visit went horribly, we didn’t even make it in the doctors room bc I am not going to stand for rudeness. I am already drained and stressed because I am trying to get my son the help he needs. To go into a professional office and have a front desk lady be rude to me! Just despicable.

I’ve been coming to PMG for 4 or 5 years now. Dr. Riehl is the most compassionate and understanding doctor I have had the pleasure of meeting. I am so proud to call her my PCP and tell everyone about her. The staff there is amazing, from Gage, her nurse, to the office staff. Even the lab techs are so amazing. I’m a hard stick, and they get my blood drawn on the first stick, every time! Thank you again for always taking such good care of me!

This clinic has been a nightmare for me. I have had shot records messed all up and still not accurate to this day. I have had FMLA paper lost 3x in one year. I had become accustomed to printing at least 2x copies of everything I give this office because it would get lost.

I have had relatives that have experienced the exact same thing. After I had once referred them to Preferred Medical Group. The only reason I have stayed this long going is because they have some amazing doctors by the name of Dr. Roger, Dr. Benita, & Dr. Mona. If you manage to get one of them you are in good hands otherwise I’m not sure.

This practice is like a breath of fresh air for me. My nurse practitioner Janan is amazing. I have some abnormal health problems and she always make me feel heard and gives me the best medicines to suit my conditions. I love the fact that they have lab, mental health services, along with primary care in one facility. It makes caring for the patients more personal. Dr. Koon and Dr. Chandra are also amazing health care providers. They listen to all my concerns and show empathy and treat me accordingly! Highly recommend!

I would not recommend this facility at all, to anyone… I seem to NEVER get anyone on the phone and I have left up to 3 voice messages over the span of a week one time and no one called me back till almost 2 weeks later… And the reason for the calls was for my sons medication that they wouldn’t refill… we had a zoom appointment, the doctor was very late, to the point I had to hang up the zoom appointment… even the receptionist that called me back, admitted Dr. Chandra “joined the call way past appointment time” but they kept putting the blame on me for “missing your appointment” … I didn’t miss it at all, that was the doctor that missed this very important appointment…

There are some very nice staff members, but they are not organized at all. No one answers the phone to at least put on hold, no one returns calls in a timely manner..

I truly feel the pediatric psychiatrists there just Theo meds and barely talk and over medicate. I found out about the over medicated part when I had to find me son a new doctor because they wouldn’t answer or return calls because he needs to stay on this medication.

Just overall, not a good scope of practice if you can’t listen and communicate with your patients in a very timely manner, I get you get busy at times, but calls should be answered, put on hold, and if messages are being left, they should be answered within 24 hours.

We were having issues with another family practice, so I explained the challenges we were facing, as well as the medication issues I thought I was experiencing since my grandmother passed away, she had handled everything for him. After speaking with April, she went above and beyond to help me resolve the situation, and I can't thank her enough. My grandfather had his first appointment with Dr. T on Friday, and everything was wonderful from the moment we walked in the door. The check-in process was smooth, and they took their time, addressing all of our concerns and questions. My grandfather said he felt very welcomed and appreciated all the staff. He mentioned that he'd never felt so comfortable in a medical office until he came to Preferred Medical Group. We are very happy with this office and would highly recommend it to our loved ones and friends. 😊
