My sister needed a big wheel rollator walker. They had a pink one for a good price. We were helped by a man and woman. They are now hard to get to store since road construction took out parking lot.

Excellent place! It was a total God send!!!! I called and looked everywhere for an electric scooter to finally find out they rent them by the month here. It was a 3 wheeled one with a tight radius, LONG battery life, and it went hella fast! Super compact and comes apart for the car! It changed my recovery completely. Everything was so easy and I adore the staff!!

I received Excellent customer service at Nebcare. I had to get a knee scooter. It was brand new my insurance paid for it, paper work was ready for my signature. Scooter was ready day before surgery. I was very pleased with the cleanest and organized of the facility. I noticed they worked as a Team no waiting for assistance as I enter the building. Would highly recommend their services. I Love the fact no insurance Hassel.

Ms. Sherry was very kind and helpful. Very beautiful establishment. She showed me all of the options need to aid my injury. She even called around to find me the best price. This place is the biggest joke I have ever seen!! I called today and asked about knee scooters bc of my current situation(broke foot). When called she told me about a used one they had in storage but I would have to call back because the owner was not there. I called back in 30 mins as the “Sharon” asked me to do. She priced me for a brand new one at roughly $200. She said she had one with alterrain wheels on it (which I need for our racing lifestyle)and I asked about the price on it and she said it would be less than the new one since it was a used one. I let her know I was on the way and was coming for the alterrain one.

I drove from home to there hurting and in pain to pick it up.

I get here and now they no longer have the used one she told me about. Now she only has a brand new one for $275. She said she didn’t know that it had already been sold from the shed. (Mind you I have now talked to her twice today).

Another customer came in to pick up something which was not in yet and he was upset it had been weeks and can’t get them to answer his calls.

The “Sharon” was rude and could care less about her customers.

She didn’t care that she made me drive a 40 minute drive in pain or the obstacles I had to go through to get here. I truly feel as if she was just trying to upsell me.

I will never do business here nor will I ever encourage anyone else to do business here.

On the way out the door, I let her know I would be leaving a bad review and she said well my name is “Sharon Storey.” and started snatching the scooter away from me.

Now that I am writing this, I have learned they don’t have a social media page but I will share this where I can. No customer should be treated this way. It literally takes seconds to check your inventory.

I am not mad that it was sold. I am mad that she allowed me to drive that far in pain after we discussed what I needed and price range to try and take advantage of the situation. I am mad that she had no sympathy or empathy and she truly didn’t care.

The man who works in the office is so rude. First, before asking you who you are, if you were called to pickup supplies he gets an attitude and starts making excuses of why he can’t fill your order then when I told him I was called to pick up my supplies he berated me for not coming days prior instead of realizing the limited time they are open does not allow patients to just drop everything and rush to get supplies.
I stopped by over a month ago left my name and number and he never called me so I had to call them So done with this place
