My daughter who brought her social security card and birth certificate was refused help do to lack of ID… the intake woman literally brought her to tears and should be fired! They sent her to the hospital for a sinus infection. If you’re the woman in intake rm number 3… you’re rude, need training and should remember where you work. Wasilla ER YOU WERE AMAZING! I can’t even complain on the urgent care website and after 26 minutes of holding to speak to anyone you hung up.

The Service was excellent, from the provider I saw, a young woman, to the nurse. Their communication was excellent and they informed me every step of the way what they were doing. I was referred to the ER for a CAT scan and they provided me with a copy of lab results and the visit notes and had called the ER to tell them to expect me. Having worked in physician’s offices for many years, I was impressed with the service/care provided.

I always receive compassionate and excellent care at Mat-Su Regional Urgent Care in Wasilla, and this time was no exception. Even with having X-rays done, I was in and out in less than an hour and a half. Everyone I encountered from receptionist to X-ray technician was courteous and had a positive attitude. Thank you!

Used the online service to make an appt in advance. Got there early, checked in and right back to check in. Only waited a few minutes for the nurse to take me back. Doc came in, got X-rays done and read and was out in 2 hours, from beginning to end. Was nice. Not hectic like at the ER.
Will go there anytime, if I can stay away from the ER.

The wait was long, but once I was seen I was told by the intake nurse that they were short handed due to illness and that it was the busiest day she could remember. Knowing that information, made me realize what a great job they all were doing. Good service and knowledge nurses who all were very helpful and kind. I highly recommend it!

OMGosh my experience far exceeded my expectation for how wonderful an urgent care visit could be!!! Tabitha was amazing. I instantly sensed her genuine concern, kindness, and willingness to be helpful. She is truly a professional with a heart! Tabitha's nurse was the same (sorry I can't remember her name) but she also shared a professional and caring demeanor. She instantly put me at ease with her concern and smile. Both receptionist also were warm and professional too! They set the stage with calmness, friendliness, and thoroughness. Hoping I have no more urgent needs, but I would love to see everyone again if I do! I could go on and on with praise!! 5++!

The first time I went there. I was on hold for an hour and a 1/2. I tried to call back today after 3 hours. I says never mind you. I'm not on hold anymore. The messed up party is I have to pay for taxi cabs so I don't even know if they're open or not because they're still busy according to the message. How are you busy for 3 hours straight? Good thing I have a fast charger

Got there early and the providers and back room staff were very wonderful and really listened to me when I explained my issue.

The front check in male nurse, however, was incredibly rude. He made untoward comments about my medication list and every time I've come in he has down played symptoms making me feel like I shouldn't have come in at all. His assumptions about my symptoms were hurtful and rude.
