I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to this place. The doctor, nurse and majority of the staff are careless, inconsiderate, and not helpful at all. My first visit took over 3 hours because they forgot I was there and then forgot to do blood. They didn't address any health issues I was having and were unable to answer any questions I had. The doctor told me that she would call in medications for basic issues she found, but she never called them in and wouldn't explain anything. She talked more about her bad reviews that she said she stopped looking at than she did my health. I left there more confused than I was before I got there. The next visit they still ignored my health issues once again and starting talking to me about my blood results in front of other patients. This place is the worst I've ever been to in my life and should be shut down.

If I could go lower than a 1 I surely would. Last 3 appointments I've been sitting in the waiting room for and hour after my appointment time, my medications dont get sent in when I call and request the refill because they wont deal with the pharmacy calling for refill approval and once you do get called you are in and out. My daughter waited a month for a referral to be sent to a specialist and I ended up having to take her to the ER to have the problem delt with. Please , if you are looking for a doctor's office that cares, run the opposite direction of this office.

The absolute worst clinical experience ever! The business is over staffed and under experienced. I would only recommend this office if it was the last available option for care. Dr. Jackson does not communicate effectively or compassionately. With the staff, there is a lack of accountability. If you have the slightest bit of resources, knowledge or access, find another doctor, quick!

Horrible doctor. Dr Jackson has no empathy, completely non nonchalant. Her and her office staff are a nightmare. She ran test found out I had thyroid issues prescribed meds refused to send me to a specialist. I had gotten into a car accident she refused to fill out fmla papers for me to attend therapy that she ordered. I needed a refill on my thyroid meds after a 90 day supply. I called her office they took down my information. I received a call back stating that that Mrs. Jackson never prescribed me any medication. I almost lost it..the pharmacy filled it for a generic version..shouldn't a nurse know that. Especially with google at tip of your fingers. I dont think Mrs. Jackson or her staff should be responsible for caring a life..she cannot be in business because she cares.

Dr. Jackson is very inaccessible to her patients.
Her receptionist is more protective of her half day Friday than the need of their patients,
When money and leisure come before the health of loyal patients its time to shut the doors on this business. There are plenty of doctors in the Phenix city area that are compassionate with their patients, I strongly suggest you choose another Dr.

I am a active duty spouse on prime. I have had the best Dr. here, however their office staff is horrible. They will random appts for you, I have had to cancel ones I never made. I had a bill for lab work that they sent out that i had done in office. I have been over 6 months to get rid of this. They are arguing with me over the phone and telling me tricare is lying to me, Saying they have worked tricare over 10 years and trying to tell me a spouse of 10 years tricare prime have copays and this is my copay for their initial standard blood work they do on new patience. But did not charge me 300.00 for my other labs the month later. The office manager was rude and never really let me speak after relaying the SAME Information that i informed them that TRICARE themselves have told me to TELL them to fix. I hung up on her rudeness and I have coworkers who were with me who were a witness to this rudeness and were shocked how I was treated. NEVER coming back to this office again after that treatment and their office not coding/properly inputing my medical that could hurt my credit and husbands career in the long run. Im sad b/c I loved Jackson as a person but All her staff but one nurse i have met there are just horrible people and HORRIBLE customer service. And I work in Customer service (15 years in fact!) lol so happy i called tricare b/c they called the office manager ignorant of Tricare policies on her words she gave me....Also too i can never get an appt here so Urgent care is my main PCM sadly...but any military spouse out there....I rather go on post than here now. and that is saying something!

Jackson unfairly terminate me as a patient due to her refusal to referrer me to another dr for my cholesterol being high. Then she falsely put I was a problem patient and i went to see a new doctor which he question me about she said my mother said something against, her religion which she never did. Then her office staff put i was a “no show” when their was a fire and the lights in the building were out. All I want to be is treated like a human being. So what is the problem with that!? It causes me great mental distress having to explain to new doctors the false statement on my medical records that it’s not true.

It is unfortunate that there weren't any Physician, neither male or female, in Phenix City who were able to care for and/or satisfy this gentleman. We, and I'm sure our colleagues as well, provide good, caring and compassionate medicine in a professional setting. In Dr. Jackson's office, we insist that respect is given to all without exception, including when the Doctors, PA, or Nurses may be sharing hard-to-bare news with a patient. We are a diverse and multicultural company, both patients and staff; we embrace diversity, but understand this may sometimes lead to mis-communication. If any patients felt that they were not treated with respect, please let us know and give us the opportunity to make amends; we would be more than happy to do so.
