It’s sad after 4 years of having the same doctors, I will have to find another because of disrespect from their newest receptionist! With all respect nothing ever goes uncorrected on the wrong parties side! You do unto others as you will want them to do unto you! With this being said no disrespect to the doctors but the newest recipient will be the reasoning of me finding new even if the dismissal was corrected. To be lied on is a big issue for me. Future reference, record y'all phone calls, this way they can always be played back.

Let me start by saying that we love Dr Jackson, she is knowledgeable and actively listens to her patients. The receptionist that sits to the right on the other hand hardly knows what’s going on in the office with the patient paperwork or their needs, she is rude and acts as if she doesn’t even like her job for real. Lastly, I was tested and diagnosed with diabetes at the end of my appointment, and the nurse that came in to relay the news was harsh and rude with her delivery. I just switched to this Drs office recently, but my children have been seeing them for almost a year now. If they tighten up on the staff this could be an A1 doctor’s office. They will continue to lose business as long as theres rude women with nasty attitudes being the welcoming committee.

The receptionists need to improve their hospitality — they seem like they're miserable at their jobs. Specifically the one balding & the other young lady with 2 strand twists wearing glasses. I also witnessed them being rude to a middle-aged man who was only five minutes late for his appointment. They pushed his appointment back by 30 minutes, which made no sense considering the wait time is already an hour.

The only staff member who was genuinely kind and professional was the nurse practitioner, Mrs. Smith.

The doctor was rushed to see me and told me to lose weight and pointed to the bmi scale on her wall without looking at me. I have a high bmi because I’m athletic and have a high muscle mass and low fat percentage. When I tried to explain this she started talking louder and over me and moved on to her next thing. As someone who’s been self conscious about their body, this was so insensitive. She also made a joke about my family history and my mom cheating on my dad. It was just an odd way to start a doctor/patient relationship and so untrue. The one nice thing was that they were able to get me in quickly.

My mom goes here and first it was great. Now they cant even order her medicine correctly...hell she hasn't actually SEEN Dr. Jackson in years. She goes without her medicine because they've got their heads shoved up their own butts and can barely do their jobs...If you wanna "Live Life Well" consider another medical practice because you won't be doing that here.

Never answers the phone and when they do they don’t give you an answer they always say I’ll get it to the nurse. Which then it could be 2-3 days before you get an answer.

Friendly staff. Nurse practitioner was amazing and she knew her stuff. Love her. The office was also nice and clean.
Now the Downside
We was asked to be 15min early, just to sit and wait 1hr 20min before being seen.
They also don't give out simple vaccines. It was the main reason why we came. Disappointed. To take off work and not get what was needed. Why make an appointment for us? I could have gone straight to the health department

They sell your phone number to Medicare insurance scams. They took away pain medication from my friend then after a month of waiting for his appointment at the “pain specialist” in the same group of Doctors they made him reapply with all of the information the other Doctor has already. Making me drive him to the pharmacy and such to pickup another copy of his prescription history 20 miles away. This could have been done by the Doctors talking to each other to figure out what to replace his pain medication with. Instead he has been suffering for over a month. Cruel and unusual
