Not a very good lab porcelain is two brittle and fractures due to over vibration during build up shades are always off. They owner dave is not advanced in the dental lab industry has prehistoric equipment and lack of knowledge needs the hire some experienced help with more talent than his son or himself. The fact is they lost their marbles.
