Went in to become a new client. Have existing hearing aids that I have had for 5 years. They did a hearing test, helped with existing hearing aids. Staff was super friendly and helpful. One of the best hearing tests I have ever had performed. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend them for anyone having hearing issues.

Had my first appointment today. I was very impressed with the friendly greeting from the receptionists, and the professionalism and courtesy of the Audiologist. Everything was explained as I went through my hearing test. I am happy to be a new patient at this practice.

Very professional atmosphere. That last “test” is daunting but fun just the same. The entire battery of tests was thorough and rendered valuable information.
My only suggestions would be to switch to a dimmer light in the booth and turn the thermostat down a degree or two.

Dr. Moore is fantastic! Visited with 90 year-old dad. Doctor is very kind, caring, offering explanations through every step of his process. It's so nice to find a doctor with such great focus on his patients. Staff is wonderful as well. Highly recommend!

Such lovely, kind, helpful receptionists! And Dr. Moore went above and beyond to see me out of his regular scheduling hours for an emergency. He was fully present and helpful and took all of the time to answer any question I had and give me the best care. Couldn’t have had a more pleasant or helpful experience. Everyone was so kind, caring and professional.

From the time I left a message, the staff returned my car promptly, got me scheduled. Was able to fill out paperwork online prior to appointment. Staff professional and courteous upon check-in. Dr Cluff very professional, explained procedures and results along the way, very thorough throughout.

The staff here were pleasant and kind. They did the service I requested and more. However, the billing side was a complete surprise however. Both my children had referrals for hearing tests that were medically necessary. A month after our tests we received bills adding up to over $200. I was under the impression hearing tests were covered by my health insurance - they always have been at other facilities we've been to for one of my children. I did not ask for anything that wasn't medically necessary, but my insurance is saying 2 out of the 3 tests were not necessary or covered. The office has told me they've appealed it as much as they can. I've asked for written documentation as to why those tests were done and medically necessary, but all they have offered is the page to view my children's diagnostic results. If I had written documentation stating why these tests were done, I could appeal to our health insurance myself, but they will not assist me in this process. I can't help but feel like additional testing was done without my informed consent and now I'm stuck with the bill.

Dr Myers and staff are friendly and helpful. My appointment was thorough, and he shared a book on Nutrition for me to read because of my concerns to stay brain healthy. I received a very detailed summary in my email just a couple hours after my appointment. Thank you!
