I have been in the care of Optimal Hormones since June 2019. Staff are ALWAYS professional, compassionate and kind. I receive individualized care and I have always felt like staff truly care about me. I have recommended this office repeatedly to my friends. Do yourself a favor and call for a consultation! Having the correct balance of hormones will change your life and bring back the balance you need between having a goods night sleep, the energy you need to attack a busy lifestyle and a renewal of intimacy with your spouse (or significant other). My only regret, when i recived a word of mouth recommendation, is that I had not gone sooner! I am happily submitting this statement, so the team at Optimal Hormones knows how much I appreciate them! I can’t say enough about optimal hormones and the impact they’ve had on my life. Both Karen and Satinder ensure patients are not only hormonally balanced, but treat patients with a holistic approach for overall health. They are far more thorough than any doctors office I’ve ever been to. I highly recommend optimal hormones for men and women alike. My husband is equally thrilled with the treatment he receives here. So many women don’t realize how unbalanced they are hormonally, it is literally life-changing.

This has got to be the most amazing experience of my life. I had been in a serious medical situation due to lack of vitamin D, estrogen, testosterone, etc. I had seven fractured vertebraes four fractured ribs and a craniotomy all within 2 years. I was at my lowest. I was angry, depressed, total lack of energy and withdrawing from everything and everyone that I had always enjoyed.I came from Florida to Wickenburg to see Dr Karen Lottis. She thoroughly went through my blood work, and my medical history. Answered all of my questions and we both decided that pellets were my best avenue. Within 2 weeks I begin to feel alive again. I had a desire to go and do things that I haven't done in so very long. I called friends that I haven't spoken with in over a year. I had energy and was excited to be alive once again. This honestly was the best decision that I made for me. I am coming up on my 4th insertion and I will never do anything different than this. It has only gotten better. I sleep better, I am emotionally better. I'm always in a good mood now. The best thing is my body has started to heal. I am no longer negative in vitamin D, my body was depleted of so many things. I am grateful that I made the choice to take care of me. I know my family is too! 😁 Thank you so much Dr Lottis. You have an amazing staff so sweet and caring.
