Tracy, as a Polarity practitioner, has an incredible power of embodying the needs of her clients through heart, mind, and soul. I had the pleasure of receiving a session from Tracy, in which she allowed me to feel my heart in mind. Through active listening, Tracy uncovered what I most needed; to get in touch with my emotions, and allowed me to transcend my emotions, in order to welcome these in the physical plane, also allowing for self acceptance. Tracy is hands down the best massage therapist in town! I have followed her since 2014 and will continue to praise her work. She is very knowledgeable about the human body, knows the exact pressure to use, and what areas to focus on. She is a kind, gentle soul who will ease your mind and body within seconds. Just her presence will make you feel relaxed. I can't say enough wonderful things about her! You will not be disappointed after one visit with Tracy!

You haven't had a therapeutic massage until you've seen Tracy. Seriously. The way she intuitively finds locked up places and brings relief and mobility to sticky areas is a gift. She's the first massage therapist I've seen who applies the right amount of pressure where I want/need it.
As a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, my body is my job, and I need it functioning fully. Tracy is an essential part of making sure I'm moving my best.

I have been going to Tracy for therapeutic massages for about the last 4 months and she is amazing! I was having some issues with my left shoulder to the point that I couldn't move it without horrible pain! Tracy researched the issue and worked with me on some exercises and she tried some techniques and I now have absolutely zero pain!!! Tracy took the time to listen to me and understand the issue and was amazing! I would recommend her to anyone out there looking for an excellent massage therapist!!
