I really miss going to Camp Wellness, the staff is absolutely amazing the participants always made me feel welcome when we traveled from Yuma. When I first started going to Camp Wellness I never practiced healthy living skills. Thanks to all the mentors I have met through the years I have maintaind a healthy lifestyle, I have kept my A1C to a 6.8 (down from between 10.5-9,6), I have managed ato keep my weight around 170-175 (205 highest). still working on quiting smoking but cut back a lot. I highly reccomend Camp Wellness one of these days I'll be back (beware Michelle lol) really miss you guys.

This place has to be the best program of any kind for adults with any form of disabilities in the entire country !!! You'll never regret starting to come here or returning to it if you were Away....
