Tara is an amazing craniosacral therapist and a wonderful person. She is very intuitive and her space is a safe oasis where you can reconnect with yourself through her gentle touch and healing energy. I always leave feeling more balanced and connected. Tara is exceptional at her work. She is extremely intuitive and her presence is warm and healing. Her massages are unique in that she ties in all of her knowledge about bodywork into every session. I started seeing Tara in 2018 or 2019 for craniosacral to help manage my fibromyalgia symptoms. Those sessions were instrumental in helping me learn to decipher my body's signals to me within a safe, emotionally supportive, and welcoming space. Thankfully, we were able to still work together during the pandemic through shifting our focus to nervous system work, which I've found to be just as beneficial. Tara knows how to gently ask the questions that get to the heart of the matter and balance the tough emotional processing with playfulness and laughter. Tara is amazing at what she does and has been such a life raft for me whether I'm navigating choppy seas or floating along.

Tara is wonderful - extremely intuitive and knowledgeable about the body. She is a compassionate and skilled massage therapist and takes the time she needs on each part of my body. I used to think that massage was a luxury, now I fully understand it to be a critical part of my self-care regimen. I hike, bike, and do yoga, and Tara's therapeutic massage enhances my ability to continue.
I believe Tara has the gift of healing touch, it's not just "massage". She's intuitive and connected, which adds a special element to the whole experience. Her energy is healing, and comforting.
I feel safe in her care, and I've learned how to receive more deeply. I'm more open to how therapeutic massage can bring emotional as well as physical healing.
How she uses essential oils is a treat.
Should we not all care for ourselves in this way? 🙂

Tara is a kind, gentle, and loving soul and a master at her craft. I have experienced cranio-sacral and massage therapy with her and would be hard put to decide which I liked more. She listens, and at the same time has a natural ability to go just where you need her to. She provides a comfortable and safe envionment where I feel free to let go in what ever way I need to at any given moment, and she is right there with me. Tara is a true gift.
