I loved my Dr. Julie very much but I can’t get past the office staff. I made my appointment two months ahead and I clarified with the nurse at the time that I was to see this doctor. Made my appointment. Everything went fine. Four days before my appointment they call me to confirm that my appointment is still on and I say yes everything goes fine. two hours before my appointment time they call me and tell me that actually that doctor doesn’t work today. I was asked to reschedule for when that doctor or another provider was available even though I made my doctors appointment two months ago. This is not the first time this is happened.

I have a child, and everyone around me works. It is very hard to make time for myself to go to doctors appointments. I don’t have time to switch up my schedule willy-nilly for a new appointment. I loved my doctor but it’s time to MoveOn.

I am 8 weeks pregnant, been bleeding and to the ER 4 times in 3 weeks, and Dr. Pellerito's staff has not confirmed my FMLA that has been waiting now for almost 2 weeks. Not to mention, the paperwork was also filled out wrong which caused further delays.

All the confirmation takes is a phone call or text to my HR and it has not been done.

Visits take at least 3 hours and I will be changing my Dr. as soon as possible. I have literally sat in the office and heard the manager complain about the phone not being answered.

The people are not bad people but the service is extremely slow. If you are an expectant mother or have a chronic illness or any consistent complications with health, this is not the place for you.

This is the first Doctors office (primary care) I have been to in 6 years and first time I have picked a new doctor in a very long time so I didn't necessarily know what to look for. I called to schedule they were friendly and I was able to make an appointment within 2 weeks. When I arrived they quickly and kindly got me set up with paperwork and by the time I finished I was already heading back. I much prefer Nurse Practitioners over the doctors, and this place is full of EXCELLENT ones. I didn't feel rushed and was well taken care of. They have extended hours, Saturdays, and same day appointments if you are sick. I almost feel stupid for saying all this because it will make them busier and hurt me personally hahaha. Overall, NO BRAINER!

My initial meeting with Dr. Elias was quick, to the point, and so satisfying that I would definitely contact her again with any concerns. What was striking was the lack of unnecessary blood work and imaging - which I had recently transmitted as current information from my previous doctors. No wasted time or money. I’d needed a new PCP after moving to this area of town and found the one I will stay with because of my initial meeting! (053050)

Dr Pellerito is one of the worst providers I have ever seen. Not only did he comment several times that I “must work out” and “must be a runner,” but he also referred to another provider as “being really great even though she’s African American.” I was very uncomfortable with him and his office was messy and unprofessional. I was there to have a prescription renewed and it took 2.5 hours of waiting to get that done. I will not be coming back and will tell as many people as I can that Dr Pellerito is unprofessional, inappropriate, and caused a lot of discomfort for me as a patient.

I have been coming to this clinic for over 10 years. They had a problem with staff awhile ago, but those people are gone. They have friendly people who are bilengual. They treat you as if you were a member of their family. They are timely ( no long waits), they are responsible and dependable. I have not met a nurse practitioner or a MD that I did not like. They treat you with respect and care. I have referred a lot of people to them. Their saturday hours keep me from having to go to urgent care or the ED.

Friendly staff but the doctor I saw was what I can only describe as perfect! Nicest lady I've ever met, great listener, informative and passionate about helping me. I'm new to this office after switching from another doctor I saw for 21 years and now Im kicking myself for not switching sooner. Im picky and I don't have a single complaint about Dr. Townsend or her staff!

I have had such a bad experience here, I want to warn others against it. I started going to them about a year ago based on their reviews of one of their doctors. Then I needed to go in to get a paper filled out and when I called to schedule they informed me that both of the doctors I worked with no longer work there. When I was finally able to schedule an appointment (which was the hardest thing ever, they are apparently so booked you can't get an appointment for at least 3 weeks), I go in to go to the appointment and they are calling me to tell me not to come in. Like, really? And they were not able to budge at all. SO I told them I was not their patient any more and there was not any retention!
