Dad had a doc apt here the girl at the door ( checked our temperate) I believe her name was Tamara. She was so nice. She even help him check in on the kiosks. Office was super clean and got in and out fast.
Nurse assistants Andrea was excellent she was very nice and made my dad feel comfortable same as Doc Booth Elizabeth I do recommend this place.

Everyone at El Rio Health on Broadway is the best. My provider Shannon is the best and her assistant too. The waiting area is spacious and front desk is very helpful. Gary B

You have the worst live chat agents working for you. Who provide absolutely no help whatsoever. Disgusting customer service. Your agent Christina asked me for personal info and then just closed the chat while I was typing. Where do you get these unprofessional high school dropouts
And why does the front desk never answer the phone. What are they so busy with?

I'm always met with kindness and the facility is well kept. I've seen a lot of health care providers in Tucson but El Rio has won me over. They really listen to my concerns and getting treatment has been such an easy process.

This is a really nice office. The staff is friendly and attentive. Dr. Turner is amazing. I’m so glad I found him. He really cares about you and is a great listener and is very thorough. I have always disliked the whole doctors and office visits thing but I have never regretted going in to see Dr. Turner. He never talks down to you and is super kind. All doctors should be like him.

My doctor was fine but customer service is HORRIBLE. I was supposed to get a referral to a podiatrist almost a month ago but they have not given me anything. They have not responded to my multiple calls and when I use the number provided for texting all I get is “hi, this is so-and-so, how can I help you?” Over and over instead of actually providing any help.

Avoid this place at all costs. Their unprofessionalism should be ilegal, they are dealing with people’s life’s but act as if it was all a big game to just to gain $$$. NP Hunter is bad at her job and thinks she’s a doctor and is too important to call you back with your results. You call and you have to go through loops just to get to someone who will just tell you that you need to make another appointment. All just just to make money off you and your insurance. They just make hundreds off appointments but dont have any real doctors or intentions of calling you back or referring you to some place else. Never have I heard of “we’ll mail you the referral” . Why can’t you just give me a phone and address and I’ll make an appointment? We’re dealing with my health here at least pretend you care. Never ever going back and no one should either.
