Staff is kind, professional and knowledgeable. Wait times aren't bad. The clinic is clean and organized. Coffee, water and snacks are available in the waiting room. All free. My PCP is wonderful, and so is his assistant, Layla.
My only problem is that they call me too much and too early.
Otherwise, I'm happy with them.

If you are not ready to obey all of their rules and do what they want you to do with all kinds of test that you may not want or need then this is not for you. I am not going to tolerate having all these test run on me when I don’t need them I shouldn’t have to.. I understand that’s how their organization makes money, but not off of this one here.

If you want to decide the type of treatment you prefer find another provider. They want to tell you the type of treatment they want you to have. I prefer to take an active role in the type of treatments I am willing to be subject to.

Very courteous personnel! It’s a business.
Tried to sell me other add on options my Medicare, it wasn’t hard sell but that was the only thing I didn’t like. Very clean environment. The provider I chose was very knowledgeable and caring!
I would recommend this clinic.

I was welcomed at the door by Margarita and escorted to the Front Desk. I was escorted everywhere so I never felt lost in this beautiful and uniquely designed facility. Lovely waiting lounge. Rosa and her trainee were so friendly and explained the intake procedure well. Maria F. Chamorro, FNP was welcoming, listened well and answered clearly. She’s savvy and humorous,too! I am delighted to be their patient and definitely recommend Oak Street Health.
