If you have any care for your health at all, please do not go here. Tried to deal with them for about 2 years, giving them the benefit of the doubt and trying to be understanding. Absolutely impossible to get through to receptionists. Hard to schedule timely appointments. Staff often forgets to send referrals or sends to wrong place. Seriously, go anywhere else and I guarantee it’s better. Not sure how this place is still open or has patients.

Nice medical center with good staff and modern equipment. Dr. Singh has a great disposition, very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. I am very comfortable with the whole situation.

My best friend received care at home by Bari Orozco until His death. Bari was always amazing and always available when needed. There is not enough praise for Bari. She then became my NP and unfortunately, had to place me on somebody else’s workload. Still, she told me if I ever had problems I could call. Bari is an amazing human and an amazing providing provider. I then became Barbara’s patient. Barbara is a very sweet kind human, Unfortunately, I think she was extremely overwhelmed by her caseload. My car totally fell through the cracks! After going through multiple sleep studies, etc. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and never got my CPAP machine. These tests were two years ago. Also, at one point, she told me that my thyroid test came back wrong and when asked if it was hyper hypo, she responded that she didn’t know and I was never replaced on thyroid medicine. I have since then been diagnosed and am being treated for my thyroid problems. There was always a huge communication problem when it came to having to call the office for anything. So I would say that there are very good people working there and some that just can’t quite get in the groove. I believe their caseloads are astronomical, Not everyone is designed for that type of workload.

From Lindy booking my appointment to Rebecca checking me in to Dr Singh, I had an easy, comfortable visit. All are friendly, professional, and helpful. If any of you are looking for a new great medical practice, look no further. Also, they do labs and women's wellness in house, no more driving all over. Thank you very much.

After reading multiple positive reviews, I was surprised by the unprofessionalism and poor care I experienced. I gave them the benefit of doubt and went a total of 3 times before (thankfully!) finding a new PCP. Positive: 1. was able to get an appointment fast 2. one of the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and kind 3. good experience with on-call NP (though I waited several hours and had to call back as they misspelled my name :)) Negative: 1. They break HIPPA regulations (talking about other patients (the doctor used full names) loud enough to easily hear while sitting in the lobby) 2. Lack of consistency/clarity/understanding among staff 3. No portal-challenging to receive work notes or test results 4. Dr. Harbir Singh-Unfortunately, one of the worst providers I’ve encountered (I’m a nurse and have worked with very many in various settings, states, and countries) specifically in terms of communication, bedside manner, and possibly in knowledge. I found him to be judgmental, have poor follow-through skills (sought and received diagnosis’ and treatment at urgent care after he didn’t return 3 messages on different days, regarding continued symptoms) a poor listener, easily irritated, unprofessional, and condescending. Very long story short-I strongly do NOT recommend and hope this changes/improves!!

Because of this clinic and my nurse practitioner Glenda (I think her name was), I was able to get a diagnosis that went undetected for a very long time. It was difficult for me to process, but I’m thankful for the insight. I appreciate the staff.

Not sure about one of reviews stating that the staff is rude. The staff I've been dealing with has been very friendly and was one of the reasons I chose Pinnacle over others just by initially speaking to them on the phone. Doctor Singh is friendly and actually listens to me compared to other PCP's I've dealt with in the past.
