A friend went over there and I checked on her at home she was ready to pass out. She told me she has not been able at Oak Creek to get a specialist to help her and they didn't order her one nor was she able to get the medicine that she needed for her critical problem. All they did was keep giving her blood test. After she told me what her problem was I put her in the car and took her to a place that had real doctors. Soon as they saw me come there they knew that something was going on serious. They took her to the office and she got to see the doctor the next day. They told me that I got her to the office just in time that she had a serious condition and to thank me for bringing her over to a different place that will help her. I got completely upset with this Oak Creek Health Clinic that did not professionally get her a specialist for her problem or her medicine that she needed. I would not recommend this place Oak Creek

If I could give 10 stars, I would!! I definitely will tell friends. Every single person I interacted with was efficient, respectful, patient, thorough and kind. Not only did they listen but they really heard me. They are a preventative clinic, which I really appreciate. They have a lab on site, definitely a plus. I wish I had found this clinic, decades ago. They really are interested in your well being. They put the healing back into the healing arts. These folks are so far above, above and beyond, they are stellar!!!

They did not exceed my expectations in fact, I was very upset they would not see me. I was 10 minutes late and they should have seen me. There was still time remaining in my visit. I have been dragged down there three times in less than one month. I feel they are doing this because they are overcharging my insurance.

I liked the atmosphere. The persons all of them had excellent rupor for patients. Something that hasn’t been shown in other clinic for a few years is care! And this clinic exceeded their kindness and actually took time for us as patients not just “ another appt.” This clinic is bringing back the old school care for humanity. I will recommend to everyone I know .

Oak Street really took time to listen to me. The minute I walked in the front desk staff were very helpful and kind. I was able to meet support staff that would all be helping me to keep up with my health😃 I am very excited to be joining Oak Street Health.
