Our experience with NextCare-Pima was the best urgent care experience we have ever had! Ricardo (at the front desk) was kind and engaging, Becky (the Family Nurse Practitioner) was thorough and responsive, and Carissa (the tech) was equally thorough. When the pharmacy for our meds needed to be changed due to a pharmacy issue, Ricardo made it happen. We are so appreciative of, and thankful for, this terrific team! Thank you!

The family nurse practitioner working with me was not good. All of the other support staff were wonderful. The FNP was rude from the moment she walked in, she criticized me for removing my own bandaid. She then refused to give her opinion as a medical professional on what would be best for my treatment, she would only say “I can do that if you want” As if it was happening because I requested it. I was very clear: I am not requesting to be cut open. I only want to be cut open if a medical professional recommends that I should. She was constantly interrupting me, refused to answer my questions regarding making decisions about my health care. Ultimately, she told me she had 6 other patients to take care of like I was wasting her time, and then refused to finish my procedure. Told me she’s been doing this for 30 years, she doesn’t have to explain anything to me. I feel I have a right to ask questions about my treatment, and have them answered clearly before anyone cuts me open, and she refused to do that and had an argument with me instead. I believe her name was Carla. I understand being overworked, but interrupting me and refusing to answer questions is unacceptable, as is bringing up all of her other patients as if I was not as important as them. 0/10. She also started numbing me before I was even finished signing the consent form.

NextCare is very efficient. I was in filled medical background and insurance. I was seen in less than five more minutes! I was diagnosed and the appropriate prescriptions were sent to Walgreens. I was out in 30 minutes. The practioner asked all the right questions and was very professional. I wholeheartedly recommend NextCare for you urgent care needs.

Front desk intake was very professional and welcoming. Easy and quick to schedule an appointment. Paperwork was quick. Overall I had a very good experience, the doctor listened to my concern and was treated for my issue. Wait time was not long at all. Thank you NextCare 😊 I would definitely go back and recommend to friends and family!

Worst “urgent care” ive been to in my life. Ive had symptoms of a sinus infection for the last 5 days I have a history of antibiotics in pill form doing little to nothing for me I usually do a shot of penicillin. i asked the nurse if they had penicillin which they said “most likely” the receptionist said she didnt know when I asked her. They ran a strep, flu and covid test which I told them I knew I didnt have but did it anyway the doctor came in and said they were all negative. I explained my situation of pills usually not working and asked if they had penicillin she said they did not. She then basically told me she wouldnt order me the antibiotics because “i said they dont work” I then paid 275. Do not go here at all they are terrible and rude.

Excellent! BECKI correctly suggested I go to ER for a CT SCAN since she suspected I had diverticulitis.
She was CORRECT! The CT SCAN proved I do have diverticulitis. She is amazing, very kind and has great expertise in medical matters! My daughter and I are extremely grateful. 😄👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The provider was very efficient and sweet. We were able to book our appointment for an hour later got there it was not very busy and was seen within 20 Minutes all the staff we encountered were very nice and helpful.

I took my daughter here last Friday for a migraine and we booked an appointment we got in and out and the staff was friendly then. I also went last night for myself because I split my ear and I didn't want to go to the emergency room room and spend hours there it was like 10 minutes till closing time and I was surprised that they still took me in and didn't try to send me to the emergency room the staff which was different staff from the Friday assisted me quickly friendly positive and caring. I would recommend coming there all the time this has been the best Urgent Care treatment I've received in a long time. The staff here actually care for you it's not just a job to them. Thank you again
