The first time I went to this location I had an excellent experience. There was a PA from a different location filling in and she was terrific. The subsequent times, the NP I’ve seen was less so. I feel like she doesn’t listen to me and doesn’t follow normal guidelines for treatment. I’m going to stop going to this location.

I went in and the front staff was welcoming and very fast and friendly. I only waited in the waiting room for maybe 10 minutes and was called back, the nurse was great and again only waited less then 5 minutes for the Dr. He did a quick exam which I felt that maybe should have had a little more time with him, but with my symptoms it's not a hard diagnosis. And I was on my way, I waited for my discharge paperwork. From the time I got there to the time I left was about half hour. Great, friendly, fast service! I love this urgent care!! Thank you all.

I would normally give a great review this time I can’t. Yhis review is only pointed at the Np or Doctor not sure which she was. The rest of the staff was awesome. I give a lot of leeway to medical staff on what they can and can’t do but on this occasion the DR from second one was making every excuse she could to not help out with my ingrown toenail. When I’d present evidence putting down her objection she would come up with a new one. This went on for 7-8 specific reasons and then she came back saying she didn’t have the stuff to cut the nail like she thought so she would have to refer me away regardless. Even suggesting anti biotic would fix my ingrown toenail without the horrendous (her word used) pain she’d cause removing my entire toenail. Again an exaggeration on her part to make it seem worse than it was so she could get out of it.

If she would’ve just said I’m sorry I’m not good at working on this type of thing I would’ve atleast respected her position on the issue. Instead she still wanted to sound superior and make up reasons to not do it.

Hopefully you’ll do better by others because with me you left me to work on digging it out myself because you couldn’t be bothered to do it yourself. Thanks for all the extra pain since I didn’t have the toe numbing stuff you have. It’s appreciated.

I haven’t had to use an urgent care for quite some time. To have this office fairly close to my home was great. I actually expected a very long wait but was pleasantly surprised . I was seen approximately 1 1/2 hrs upon arrival and a prescription was called in for me to my pharmacy. It made my wait at pharmacy very minimal which was also a plus. Altogether a good experience will not hesitate to use in the future

2nd visit was great! I had the pleasure of seeing Mrs. Danielle Smith. She took the time to educate me and asks lots of questions concerning my visit. I felt like she was genuinely concerned about my well-being. Mrs. Smith thank you so very much. We need more like You in these offices Yes Ma'am 😁

Today, I walked into NextCare Urgent Care on Broadway and Tucson Blvd. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The environment was clean and patients were serviced in a reasonable time. The NP was very friendly and kind. Took time to listen. She diagnosed my situation and offered 2 prescriptions. Thank you for a great experience!

This location was so fast and easy. All staff was polite and professional. The provider Dr. Straw was really nice and addressed our concern and was very informative about our situation. He got us what we needed. We left satisfied. Thank you!

Needed a piercing pulled out my eyebrow that got lodged. Was seen quickly, staff was friendly, the doctor with pink short did fantastic and kept me laughing making the experience all the better and had no difficulties whatsoever. 11/10, almost want another excuse to come back it was so great.
