If I could give this group less than a zero, I would. Complete lack of responsibility, total incompetence. Faxes take weeks if they even go through then. Phone call after phone call, message after message, then being lied to by staff members that faxes were sent, when they were not. Told 3 days ago faxes were sent. Told today, they were sent yesterday. The PCP's are worthless unless a patient just has a minor flu or cold. If anything more than that, please seek a PCP from a different medical group. Lack of communication, lack of responsibility, lack of educated MD's. You'll find your money spent over the years, will be wasted on MD's pushing anxiety and depression diagnoses, instead of putting 2 and 2 together and being referred to someone who actually knows what they are doing. I spent 1.5 hours up in Phoenix and they were so much more helpful in that 1.5 hours, than the last 4 years here with this group.

If I could give 0 stars I would. ACP is a corporation that is buying up good and reputable doctors offices and destroying them. They bought my longtime doctors office a few years before he retired. Slowly but surely they changed the way it was run. Their billing was frequently messed up, the frontdesk personnel and manager were dismissive and rude. They eventually nade a policy if you were 5 min late your appt was canceled and you still had to pay, even though you would sometimes wait to see the doctor for 45+ minutes. They are about money and numbers, not patient care. My doctor who I got along with great retired, but before he did he was forced to dismiss me from the practice because the office manager had issues with me.
My new pcp I've had since he retired recently moved to an ACP practice, and they are refusing to let me see my doctor. Healthcare is a mess and it is because of the greed of these management companies and insurance companies. Welcome to socialized nedicine in the US which is run by corporations that lobby government.
Soon we wont have any doctors as they have made their profession miserable.

I had a appointment for a year with Connie Olson M.D. on Thornydale Rd. And at the last minute they called and canceled my appointment and the girl on the phone said because the nurse practioner Megan wanted to spend more time with her kids cause the day before my appointment was a holiday. When I said they should pay me 50.00 then like we would have to if I canceled at the last minute they didnt6like that . So, they called me the next day from Dr. OLSON'S office and said they no longer want me as a patient. They were the ones who were wrong not me you can't say boo to anyone in Arizona Community Physicians or they won't see you anymore and they lie about what was said. Shame on them and Dr. Connie Olson's office.

0 STARS! BEWARE! COMPLETE FRAUD! These so called medical professionals are in bed with your doctor’s office. Don’t be fooled. They will force you to sign a waiver for preventative tests that are supposed to be covered by your insurance. They sneak tests in that are not covered and will try charging you for nonsense tests that you do not NEED! Typical medical fraud. They should be in jail.

While I understand it can be frustrating to not always get what you want, be your own advocate. My Primary Care Physician was not available for an immediate appointment, but her MA (Cynthia) promptly called me after I left an urgent message and scheduled me with PA Lauren Miller who was able to accommodate in 2 business days. Lauren was friendly, professional, compassionate, caring, and concerned for my welfare and did not rush the visit. In addition, her follow up to my chart was impeccable and a dermatologist referral scheduled as promised. Thanks to Theresa for that follow up. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Really bad experience here mostly with the billing department of ACP. Although Dr cancelled on day of appointment and was an hour late when rescheduled, he was ok. But he did mess up the billing coding which took 6 months to correct on my billing. People in the actual office were helpful to deal with, but the billing office doesn't listen to the medical office OR do the right thing when it is clearly a mistake. They don't seem to have a clue as to insurance procedures and I will certainly seek a better and more reputable medical office. I wish I hadn't gone here.

Something has changed in what used to be an EXCELLENT Doctors office with very knowledgable understanding Staff. They may still be like that but something has changed by the larger main office that is making the calls on what needs to be done to make more money. I have paid out of pocket for things I didn't even go there for. I talked with them and they said they would sent it to collections. I don't trust what is being done and who is pushing the Doctors to add things that have nothing to do with that appointment.

I also requested more then 1 refill on one of my medicine been getting for years so I pay the same price for 90 day supply vs 30 day supply. I am on a limited income and after 2 days, I still didnt receive a response. I'm sure the staff I knew and liked is being pushed too hard by upper Corporation. No time to care the way they used to.

I had an appointment today at 10:40am. I was inly 5 minutes late, however, I already completed all forms online. I waited until 11am then they told me that I was late and my appointment has been canceled. Why didn’t they let me know when I checked in, instead of having me sit there and thought I was going to be seen. My wife took a work from home day today so she can watch our 8 months old while I go to my appointment.

They also asked me to pay my copayment. I did pay and left. They later did refunded my money, which is why 1 star is acceptable. I would have given them no stars at all.
I will be looking for a new PCP.
