Difficult if not impossible to get them to answer the phone. Service was slow when picking up equipment ( took about 45 minutes for an order they had for almost a month.)
I had met my out of pocket max for insurance and it was 100% covered, but was not allowed to take device unless I paid up front for it, and would be reimbursed when insurance paid. Once I received verification from my insurance the bill was paid in full, I contacted IMS. I was told the credit would be put back on my card since it was within the 90 days since purchase.
I recently contacted the debit card company ( more than 5 months later) and I have not received the credit yet. So they have been paid twice for this purchase. Would love to talk to them about it but no one answers the freaking phone!! ( been trying for several days now.) and I dont get off from work in time to deal with it.

My surgeons office sent you a request for a knee scooter along with my insurance info on Tuesday. Since then, I have attempted to follow up via phone every day, multiple times a day. Not a single answer or a voicemail to follow up on to return my call. Today is Friday. To say unprofessional, is the least of it. You have personal information of mine and cannot even be bothered to get back to me. Do better.

I love this place. My daughter has lymphdemia
And is required to be wrapped. We could not find the gauze we like and couldn’t order it. Jamie was so great calling venders to see if they carried it. She calls when she places an order to see if we need to order also. Thanks for the great service
