So the site says they close at 8pm. I go in at 7:15pm tonight and just need a nurse to take blood pressure as prescribed by my Dr. 3 employees there working, RN says she needs a provider(dr?) to do it, I get the "let me talk to the manager" routine and told to come back at 8am the next day. If they can't do nothing, why pay them to be there? Receptionist was nice.

The staff is incompetent. The individuals who schedule appointments put down the incorrect information and schedule the wrong shots. Supposed to be a simple tetanus shot, was put down for multiple vaccines. They lead my friend into a room and didn't turn on the lights. When trying to reschedule the appointment, the staff tried to interject and question what's happening when they are not a part of the conversation

REVIEW IS FOR DR. NUSBAUM. Do not establish care with this provider. Our appt ended with her basically looking at me and my kid in disgust and she literally said "good luck" with a not so nice expression. She was not helpful at all. I went in for an ADHD eval. Not sure if she isn't fond of people who look like me and my son or if she just doesn't like doing evals for adhd. Ive seen other providers at this office and they were good. I was instructed to get a second opinion by someone at the drs office I work at. So glad to never see her again.

They call 10 minutes before the appointment, made 3 months ago, to tell me they can't assist with what's needed. My insurance ended today. When speaking to the nurse practitioner Brianna, telling her it was horrible customer service, she didn't want to listen and hung up. Their staff constantly have attitudes and try to flip it on you. I wouldn't waste your time or money. Extremely unprofessional medical staff. Beware before wasting your time and energy. There is a reason they have a 2 star review

My experience here has been absolutely fantastic. The patient care is amazing, and my concerns are consistently addressed. Just recently had some complex fillings done on my front teeth (braces) and Dr. Nathaniel Jackson did an absolutely immaculate job, you can't even tell the cavities were there! My care team is great, and I couldn't ask for anything better at a primary physicians office.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. It is almost like they mess things up on purpose to avoid doing their job. I’ve been missing half of my lymph node exam results for 2 months so hopefully nothing is wrong, my NP Shawn Siquerous doesn’t respond to anything and took over a week to refill my asthma medication. Once it was finally refilled it was sent to the wrong pharmacy. I called to have it corrected and waited 20 minutes on the line only for Bianca in the front office to hang up on me immediately. I am so disappointed with how incredibly careless they are with people’s health. Please get a different job if you don’t care about people, makes no sense to go into healthcare.
