Do not trust Google Maps because it will send you behind the building. The entrance is from the I-10 frontage road. So, any interaction with a company normally starts with the first phone call and even that was a pleasure with this company. I called the day before my C & P exam, to make sure I was in the system and to see how early they would like me to be there. Desiree answered the phone and was very nice to talk to and help me answer my questions. The next day, I was trying to find the location and I couldn’t, because Google Maps had me behind the building in a large industrial complex, so I called MedEvals again and got Desiree again. Desiree assisted me in navigating me directly to the door. My eval with Kimberly, who goes by Kim, appeared to have gone well. Kim didn’t rush through the eval and we even went over the allotted time. I felt bad it was taking so long, but I also felt good that she took the time and was very thorough because this means a lot for the adjudication process with the VA approval process. Kim was equally as pleasant as Desiree, so for that I’m very thankful. This review is not compensated in any way and I don’t know these people prior to my exam. This review is based on my personal experience of just one day. I wish this company well, now and in the future.

I went for a C&P examination. I explained that I thought my appointment was at 2 not 1:45. They told me they had other appointments and would not see me. As I sat in the parking lot rescheduling my appointment for 45 mins. Not one soul entered the building. So I explained to the QTC rep that the VA should not use this company due to the lack of understanding they have and never sending a notice out on there policy. So avoid until they can function... they didn’t even have a front desk rep to help reschedule. But the Tech that greeted me was nice.

They don’t pick up the phone… you have to go in to speak with someone.
