I was admitted because they needed to find the source of the bleeding, even after 2 units of blood. Everyone I interacted with was professional and really friendly. All of the nurses and techs made me feel safe and I never felt alone. I told most of them that they were very caring and definitely happy taking care of all in need. Not once did they come in my room to answer my light, angry, too busy to help or with an attitude. I wish I had the name of all of my nurses and techs, I wouldn't feel right leaving some out because my team was outstanding. I do have to say the food (after my clear diet was lifted) was good, the pulled pork with sweet potato hash was really good. The only thing I have to say about the meals is I'm on a diabetic, healthy heart diet but then you add my no/low vitamin K diet it doesn't leave much to choose from, trust me I've been eating like this since my heart surgery in 2011 and veggies are cut way down.

This is my second time giving birth at Northwest and this time around was even better than the first one. ALL of my nurses were the best! No complaints about any of them this time. They all gave me so much moral support and I feel bless to have had them all. Tammy was my nurse throughout the labor process and she was an angel, loved her so much! A big thank you to Shannon who was helping me deliver my baby girl and I do believe thanks to her, I didn't tear and it made the deliver much more smoother. Also, thank you to my younger postpartum nurses that were so nice and made me feel comfortable when I was most vulnerable throughout the post-care, I believe one of the was Hannah. Also, thanks to Mikaela that was SO helpful during the night shift and the next day up to my discharge. I will always highly recommend the Womans Center for delivering ❤️

If I could give a zero star review for this hospital at this particular location I would. The cleanliness of the facility all around was poor. I could tell the sheets on the ER cots hadn’t been changed, or at least properly sanitized and washed. Myself and my mother arrived at 7:45pm and did not see an actual doctor until 1am. It was not busy, there wasn’t any major accidents going on. There was no reason to have been sitting the waiting room for that amount of time, only to have blood pressure done. It’s unprofessional and honestly not safe. I could understand they take highest level of priority and all but come on… or if the staff actually seemed like they cared. But that on top of having to wait as long as we did, and the atmosphere, I do not recommend going to this facility at all.

Arrived at NW ER at 5:42 pm. Wife was sent over from NW UC down the road . After just under six hours this is all of the care my wife has received. She has a main line in the lobby of the hospital. Mind you they sent us over from NWUC to have her gall bladder taken out ASAP. At 12:30 am once we finally got a cubicle "not a room no gurnie the actual room in the hospital is absolutely disgusting. Holes in the wall, floor and floors caked with dirt

Please don't bring somewhere here if they are in pain.

I had surgery and an overnight stay recently. The pre-op nurse was amazing and thorough as well as the physician and nurse anesthetist. Everything was explained and all my questions were answered. Recovery room nurse was also caring and attentive. All of them kept my family informed of my status. Once I was on the floor, the nursing staff and support staff were very professional and caring about my needs. I felt very safe in their hands. I would recommend NW Hospital to anyone who needed a surgery.

I had an unexpected stay in the cardiac unit for two nights and was very impressed and grateful for the care I received. The nurses and techs were professional, attentive and caring. I am an older male, at times cynical, but these young folks restored my faith in human nature. I will not forget their kindness anytime soon.

I was really pleasantly pleased throughout my whole experience. The nurse that checked me in & started the IV was very friendly & very good. Got it in 1st try & that’s not easy on me.
The staff that assisted Dr Sheckleton were very kind & professional. The anesthesiologist was thorough & kind.
Recovery nurse was kind & helpful. He got me up & going pretty quick after I woke up. It was very pleasant experience I would recommend the endoscopy out patient to everyone.
Thank you all!!

I recently gave birth here and was very impressed. All the staff were kind and attentive, especially nurse Mary K (Labor and Delivery), and nurse Kaylee (Postpartum Recovery). They were both SO kind and supportive through tough times. Thank you!
