Called to confirm that the correct type of wheelchair was ordered for my disabled family member. It wasn't right, so I asked the rep if they would know the correct CPT code for the right type of reclining wheelchair I needed so I could communicate it to the doctor's office easily, so I was placed on hold as he looked that up. Waited a few mins and a different rep picked up thinking I was a different customer so I was put on hold again. A third different rep picked and asked what I was waiting for, so I told her and she said hold on and of course I did. Then a fourth person picked up and I explained again and she said hold on she'll get the original rep I spoke to, so back on hold I go.
If they don't know the code they could've just said so even though they should be the experts on this. I only asked in the hopes to expedite the process at the doctor's office but this was a larger waste of time. If they just said no or one of the other reps could've told me the code real quick would've a better experience. But they played hot potato with my call for a simple question. Avoid this company if possible since they can't answer a simple question.

Dishonest and misleading in their work practices. My moms electric scooter was not running so I took it to Metro, the closest place I was aware of that repairs scooters. I was charged $40 to diagnose the problem which would be applied to the bill if I decided to allow them to do the work once we knew what it needed. if not, they would keep the $40 and I had no further obligation.

The scooter was not available for me to pick up when I showed up to buy the batteries and pay the bill - nor was it available for me to take and get batteries elsewhere. Apparently the service man (they only have one) was not in and nobody could take care of it but him. They called the service man on the phone. He told the office person I was talking to that he was very sorry but I would have to come back later - and because of that he would not charge me anything for labor. That was acceptable to me so I agreed and proceeded to pay the bill with the clerk after the phone call. I was charged the cost of two batteries minus the $40 I had paid the previous day - as agreed it was applied to the bill.

Shortly after getting home the service guy calls and says there was a mistake on the bill and I only got charged for one battery. I got the receipt out of my purse and told him it clearly stated I was charged for two batteries, and the difference is the $40 I previously paid had been deducted from the total. He said that was wrong that $40 is to go toward labor - and I said but you aren't charging me labor. He refused to apply that $40 and expected me to pay full price for the battery and forget about the $40.

I have never felt so swindled. This is a horrible place that can not be trusted. I am very disgusted with the whole thing and can't believe someone could rip someone off so blatantly. Buyer beware. If they are dishonest before they even get your business I hate to see what they do to people who trust them and shell out more money. UGH!

Myra was super helpful, and so patient. She stuck through calling my insurance to get everything sorted out. She helped adjust and teach me to use my new crutches. This place is full of awesome goodies that aids folks function daily bettet or at all.

Very poor customer service. I called the day before to inquire about parts for a basic walker that needed to be replaced.

I go to the store, the customer service rep is not familiar with the walker or how to help me. It seems they didn't even have what I needed in stock and so she was just trying to convince me to buy any one of the others they did have.

I would rather someone tell me they can't help me or they don't have it in stock that waste my time.
