I had an office visit today. The process was smooth and efficient. The receptionist and nurse are very caring and patient. Dr. Wu is professional and considerate, explaining things very clearly and providing detailed advice. I'm highly satisfied with my visit.
One point minus for the lack of written confirmation before the appointment (no text or email). I previously left a negative review for this, but after the visit I'm happy to give a higher rating.

Why are the hours posted if employees are going to leave early and lock the office without notifying patients. As a healthcare worker myself I struggle to make it to appointments after work and rely on the information posted to schedule accordingly, it doesn’t help when you have employees locking the doors and turning off lights 25 minutes before closing time
