Very smooth visit and experience. I had to wait a long time but I think this was an issue through my insurance with the appointment booking.

Otherwise the attendants were very kind. The nurses were very polite as well.

I had an appointment with Dr. Justin Chan today and I really had an awesome experience. He is so helpful and patient explaining things to me . He is such a wonderful doctor. His assistant Hannah was really kind too…very pleasant and friendly.

Customer service at front desk was awesome and very helpful to what was needed. Mom had a phone consult with NP a few days prior, she needed refills on meds. Was taken care of right away. She was quick and efficient. Very pleased with the service at this office.

I had an excellent annual physical checkup at this facility with Hok Lok Chan. She was thorough and detailed in her questions regarding my wellness. The other staff was very helpful and efficient. They even draw blood here at the facility which is an added bonus.

I recently switched to AMG 333 office. I really enjoy being taken care of here. Dr Kenneth Chan is a skillful doctor who treats me with respect. If something is not a good idea, he will take the time to explain and show you why. He is also one of the last remaining few MDs in SGV who can speak fluent Chinese.

Carla the receptionist is also the best. I had a difficult request but she went over and beyond for me while being really nice and professional to me.

If you’re shopping for a PCP, give this place a shot. Highly recommend!
