They really care about you. I came in first time because of a dog bite on my upper thigh left leg. They gave me tdap injection. I recommend calling the emergency ask what the wait times ? I went there luckily i didnt have to wait to long it was about 30 min wait i got taken care of. I recommend calling for wait time but i doubt it because it changes based on the volume. no matter what you still have to wait til your turn. The Emergency located at the lower level. Thank you for best service.

got discharged about an hour ago, who ever the heck Ben or Ven needs to be fired , probably an alias . Whoever is working the night shift phone . The issue is I tried to call the ER and that gentleman answered asked me ASKED me if i was the doctor thinking i can call the shots? ? if i was the nurse? Complete mockery. Veteran from Alhambra with diverticulitis guess my pain is a joke. the day shift Maria and Christian cared for me . But these other two night shifters are probably LVNs and don’t know what they are doing . Leadership needs to fry them . I’m actually terrified for the patients who go in the evening ER . i’m praying this isn’t the first complaint .

whoops, I forgot to add that the main issue consisted of me being assigned medication‘s at a closed pharmacy and all I did was call and ask if it’s possible to send it to the 24/7 pharmacy .

I fell yesterday in the backyard, landed on my knees and hurt my head. I woke up this morning with a swollen knee and very painful to walk. I went to Alhambra hospital emergency department today, I wanted to make sure that my knee is not broken, the emergency department staff are very friendly, they quickly took me inside, I was exam by the doctor and X-rays were done. Although the ER was very busy with many other patients, the doctor and staff was very patient with me and took good care of me. I thank Dr Danny Chang, Dr Andrew Shen and the entire ER department for the excellent service.

I’m extremely happy with the service that I received, Dr Pak and Dr Cindy are the best! My nurses Jay, Kevin, Salvador, Sandy, Kay, Margie, Mark and Sonia are amazing!!! Everyone Thank you guys for everything. I had back surgery and I stayed there overnight.
