DO NOT USE Allied Pacific. Absolutely worst healthcare coverage I’ve ever had in my 40+ years on this planet. I’ve had fraudulent claims (two already since becoming a member 5 months ago) and they deny claims for basic gynecological yearly check ups. Their customer service hangs up on you & gives you false info about your coverage.

I don't understand how this group has such a high rating. Most of the doctors have terrible reviews, and many of the receptionists barely speak English, making communication frustrating. Appointments are nearly impossible to get, and referrals are only sent by regular mail, which takes weeks to arrive. On top of that, their provider list is never up to date. Awful experience—save yourself the trouble and find a different PCP!

Listen to me. Stay far away from this group as possible. I have been dealing with a pinched nerve and the treatment covered by this insurance network is abysmal. To make matters worse, I have been dealing with sciatica and neuropathy and they tried to prescribe chemotherapy treatment. Scam.

Great medical group to choose for your insurance if you have small uncomplicated disease, their network of doctors are pretty ok.

for advanced diseases like some complicated cancer, their network of doctors will ask you to die and put you in hospice while it is fully treatable in national cancer institutes. Their treatment protocols are outdated by about 10 years and does not know about recent FDA approved treatments.

they will also deny the newer treatments as medically unnecessary because their medical doctors in charge of approving insurance is also VERY uninformed about recent advances in medicine.

If you have advanced cancer, please get out of this medical group, their doctors WILL KILL YOU.

Terrible Insurance we wait years for them to pay us After providing emergency services. Still waiting for payment from emergency surgery from 8/2023.

I am a senior acupuncturist. More than a decade ago, Allied paid $50 for each acupuncture treatment. However, after it successively merged and acquired Pacific and Central Networks, became Allied Pacific IPA, and monopolized the Chinese Medical Network, Allied Pacific IPA reduced the acupuncture payment to $25. In today's economy, where prices for everything have soared, such a low payment is insulting to acupuncturists.

Moreover, they referred patients from Alignment to my clinic for acupuncture treatment earlier this year, but have not paid me for the services rendered till now. Because of the patients have been with me for many years, I have endured this situation for over ten years, but I can no longer tolerate it. Therefore, I am notifying that I will no longer accept patients from Allied Pacific IPA.

If the patients wish to continue using their insurance for acupuncture treatment, I suggest they switch to other medical networks under American Specialty Health (ASH), which will cover acupuncture treatment.
