today I went to see Dr John Ngo and his staffs Kelsey the nurse, both of them provided excellent services—they are very nice and friendly and take the time to diagnose my medical condition conditions. Both of this medical staffs are the gold standard in medicine. both of them should be commented for their extraordinary jobs today.

Maggie is a very nice person. She is very patient and helped me translate into Chinese during the treatment. The explanation was very clear and detailed. This AP Urgent Care in Monterey Park is the best patience care facility who gave me quick and prompt medical care by Dr Jamie Phan. She is gold standard in medical care better than my own family doctor. She knows how to diagnose my problems and symptoms and provided proper care to treat my illnesses of tension headaches and rectal blessings due to constipation. I would highly recommend this place to anybody who had medical emergencies!!! Dr Phan is very knowledgeable and diligent in her field and line of works. She helped solved my problem in one visit.

I don't know why there are all these negative reviews. I found that this urgent care facility is better than a lot of other places that I've been to. It's a very clean and tidy place inside a new building. The staff, Leo, Jenny, and Dr. Ng, are all very friendly, attentive, respectful, and professional. They treated all the patients with kindness and compassion during their time of need. I feel that the people here are what health CARE is supposed to be "CARE"! I have been to enough urgent care in the past few years. This place is highly recommended. My wait here is not that long. It's about 45 minutes. I was in and out quickly and got my medications at my local pharmacy within 15 minutes. Thank you, Leo, Jenny, and Dr. Ng, for taking good care of me on time for my needs.

They take walk-ins, and no appointment is needed. They are open 7 days a week. X-ray is for Monday-Satureday only they will send you down the street to the Diagnostic Medical Group. I think the line is usually super long at the Diagnostic Medical Group.

Came here bc my PCP wasn't in office that day. I'm giving this 2 stars instead of 1 because

Front desk: had decent service; they weren't enthused but they were pretty patient when I had questions

Physician experience: WAS TERRIBLE. I had the physican assistant, W. Sosropartono. She looked like she prob graduated a few years ago and was seriously so unprofessional. If you don't care about helping patients, why are you in the medical field She looked like the administration staff at the high school front desk - miserable, bored, detached, arrogant, etc. She came in, unhappy. She gave me tylenol and told me to just take it. She truly did not want to be there lol. At least I got prescribed medicine and picked it up at a local pharm. But other than that, she was probably the worst physican assistant I've ever have seen.
