My dad got nursing services from this agency last year for weekly injections. We worked with a few different nurses. I’m personally thankful for the services and can’t complain to people who are willing to work outside home, deal with road traffic and extreme weather. With the shortage of nurses, very grateful and appreciate their home visits to teach my brother and me how to do injection for my dad weekly.

The office reached out to us on regular basis to follow up. The nurses always called or texted us the night before to confirm visits. The waiting time frame of visit is 2-3 hours which is better than 4-8 hours when I waited for home land line and gas line replacement.

One thing my brother and I learned is home health nurse visit is to assist and teach us how to take care of my dad, they are not self pay private duty nurses. Make sense, just like Home Depot is DIY. We learn from them and DIY the care for our loved one.

My mom suffered from a leg wound for several months and began receiving wound care services from Green Pine in November of last year. Our experience with the nurses was excellent. Although we were initially a bit confused and frustrated with the process of obtaining dressing supplies (not the nursing care), the nurses were fantastic.

They were professional, knowledgeable, and experienced in wound care. They took the time to teach and explain to my sister and me how to monitor the wound’s progress. We also learned how to participate and support my mom in her recovery. Additionally, they educated us on the types of nutrition that can promote better wound healing.

One issue we encountered was with the wound care supplies. We initially thought the nurses would bring the supplies during their visits, but we learned that the home health nurses are part of the agency, while the dressing supplies come from a durable medical equipment (DME) company contracted through my mom’s insurance.

The process of obtaining supplies was challenging—it required a prescription to be submitted for insurance authorization. It took about a week for the doctor to sign the order and another week for the DME company to deliver the supplies. The delay created a lot of stress, but the care team generously provided some supplies while we waited for the delivery.

Overall, we are grateful for the exceptional care provided by the Green Pine nursing team. They made a significant difference in my mom’s recovery, despite the supply challenges.

This Agency is a peace of BM and I feel sorry for whoever has to deal with incompetent staff. It took 6weeks for my brother to get wound supplies and only brought 1 week worth of supplies. Carmen the receptionist failed to send orders to the appropriate doctor which delayed his care.
The staff that answers the phone refused to pass me to a supervisor to voice my concerns of the lack of visits. When the RN Matilda would come she would do the initial visit in 10-15 min yet charged the insurance 1hour- she wouldn’t even fully assessed my brother accordingly.
My brothers primary doctor had problems reach the agency multiple times and would not return calls back. One more thing- they would also call/text at 11pm to confirm the next day visit- even though they new my brother would have appointments in the morning and would state “missed visit” patient unavailable.
I hope no one has to deal with this agency like we did.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Extremely rude and incompetent staff. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST; THEY NEED THEIR LICENSE REVOKED. First off; this male nurse scheduled at 1 pm came at 3 pm with no notice. He then yelled at my father saying he was busy and had to watch his son. No one but my father was home; this is unacceptable. Also; he incorrectly administered IV since the next nurse noticed that there was left over powder that was never mixed into the solution. You all belong in manual labor. They are a bunch of crooks taking advantage of the insurance systems and have no place in health care. If you hate your life; remove yourself from the equation instead of harming others with your apathetic/pathetic behavior.

Unbelievable!!! My significant other was in the hospital and now needs antibiotics daily from home. The nurse never called us that she is on her way, but when I called back to see what is going on they told us that we will have to reschedule for the next day because the nurse left our area. But what about the fact that the antibiotics needs to be giving daily? Damn idiots. But then, they told me they will try to find someone else to come by and do the treatment and I didn’t hear from them for 30 mins and when I called back again, they were closed for the day! Absolutely careless incompetant workers, and now we have to go back to the damn hospital after we already paid them.
