Fantastic service: Dr Maden is the best. They have amazing staff and customer service. Thank you. Both my boys had their braces done here. And they accept most dental insurance plans. Very fair people and again, amazing customer service!!

Had a very uncomfortable experience here. I recently finished Invisalign and was looking to make some adjustments to settle my bite, so I made an appointment here in hopes of getting a second opinion and consultation for treatment. While the dental assistant was explaining treatment options he was aggressively flagged out of the room by a colleague who gave me a dirty look on the way out and came back within a few minutes and said he would no longer be able to proceed with the consultation unless I paid a $250 consultation fee. I would have been happy to pay for any charges and proceed with treatment based on whatever the doctor recommended, however the overall experience felt incredibly unprofessional and unwelcoming. Left my appointment feeling confused, rushed out and like I wasted my time. Wouldn’t recommend.

I’ve been coming here for the last two years for braces and have been greeted with nothing but kindness and helpfulness.! If I ever have to reschedule last minute it’s not a problem for them at all, I’m able to bring my baby in with me and they’re very attentive and always welcoming her. I’m so glad I chose BHO for my orthopedic journey.

The team was great working with us. We always felt like we knew all the steps that would be happening and going through invisalign with them was such a better experience than I thought it would be. I’d definitely recommend them especially if you have younger kids that are nervous. They are so great with kids. 👍

Dr. Madan and her staff are amazing I’ve been seeing her for about a year for my Invisalign’s. Her staff is always welcoming and she truly cared about her patients I definitely recommend her as an orthodontist.
