The staff checks me in. Make sure insurance is good. Takes my BP and wt. Doctor saves my life with antibiotics, labs, referrals, and treatments. I don’t know why all the negative comments.

Been going to Dr Wong for years. When my family tried to make an appointment, they said we have to pay $1000 deductible if we want to see the doctor. Weird, but I wasn’t sure. Called my insurance to verify and was told we only need to pay copay for PCP. My insurance company representative then proceeded to call them to educate them and hopefully resolve this issue. Sadly they could not be reasoned with and insisted my family had to pay $1000 deductible. They also told my family once they get paid by insurance, they will reimburse us. Wow! suffice to say although I love Dr Wong, neither I nor my family will be back to this office.

This is my assigned Dr, couldnt get an appt with her ever because shes always on vacation or busy. This Dr along with the other Drs at the Family Medical Center in Alhambra runs a scam at the office. Prescribing medication just to bill my insurance for more money. Dr stated i had severe earwax just so they can collect a copay and bill my insurance an extra E&M visit along with my preventative visit while i was there. Its shocking how much these medical offices and Drs care more about the money then these pts. Its mind blown how they let the extremely rude girls in the front office just treat pts and the manager crystal is the same way, cares more about the miney then the pts. If these Drs allow this kind of business, it shows there character and i will never go back to the medical office and see these Drs again. Poor professionalism on all levels.

The worse office and doctor you can probably find! First time visit the doctor, she was very impatient and didn’t care about my concerns. I told her I have pain but she told me to do physical exam first then deal with my pain the next visit, are you kidding me? So then I changed my doctor, I told the front desk I need to transfer my medical records to my new doctor, called, but didn’t happen, so I went to the office, they gave me the wrong form to sign. Few days later I called to see if they did it, then they told me it was the wrong form. I gave all the information over the phone, the girl in charge of records said she will do it when she has time. A month later, I called to check, she then told me I didn’t ask my doctor to request my records. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! PEOPLE HERE ARE UNBELIEVABLY UNPROFESIONAL!!!!! What a waste of my time and energy!!!!

Excellent physician. Front office is not functioning as it should. I changed physicians so I could get a specific allergist for my asthma. I'm happier with her than I was with the other one.

Decent place but the wait time is ridiculous.
The doctor is super cool and nice! Really caring when it comes down to making sure he understands how to help you. But pretty rude staff to be hones. And yeah! Needs more doctors!!

The doctor wasn't the problem or the PAs. I just felt like they didn't accurately provide me with the full blood test I requested and no results. They basically said, "You good." I felt like they didn't do anything.

I'm very happy with Dr. Wong. She is a caring, intelligent Doctor and I feel like she really cares for her patient. It is a very busy clinic but that's to be expected with the insurance set up these days
