Jonathan, the physical therapist is superb. He showed us the training room. It is my first time seeing my dad on the cycling equipment. Jonathan showed us that my Dad is able to take a few steps with the walker. Thank you Jonathan! We love visiting Dad and meeting all the caring staff. It's a very nice place.

Everyone has provided care to my mom in Pinegrove healthcare facility is deserve 10/10 score. Staffs in the facility is patient, kind, and most important listening to what we say and take actions when there is an issue. The management level, the ancillary staffs social worker, case manager, activity director, PT/OT, nursing staff and kitchen staff are all focused on providing safe and satisfaction care to my mom. I cannot say enough my appreciation for their professional service. Thank you Pinegrove.

I want to give a shout out to Pinegrove for their superb service. Their staff, especially Mandy was wonderful. She would take my calls even on her off days, evenings and nights regardless of my how many questions I had. She would answer. The nursing staff is professional,patient, and was great to my mom during her stay there. Rehab staff was top notch as well (Celeste-the best). Great place. Great staff. Overall our experience was nothing but incredible. Our best decision ever.

This is a nice and clean place especially face mask required throughout facilities! Everyone is responsible for their work, very professional and very helpful when we need help. Fast response and work very hard! I am very happy and lucky to have this place to accept my wife under their care! Thank you from the bottom of my heart 🙏!

Edwin, the physical therapist is super patient, knowledgeable and friendly. I’m so glad that he’s the Therapist who takes care of my dad. My dad said Edwin is the best. Mica, the social worker is also being very helpful. My dad’s condition has been improved tremendously. I would recommend Pinegrove to anyone who’s in need.

Everyone at the facility is very caring and treated my family and my dad with respect. Their office staff was very accommodating to our needs. My family was not easy to deal with but they went over and beyond to help us. I would totally recommend this place. Thank you all for taking care of my dad.

Last year my mother lived here for about 2 weeks before she was forced to go home. Because of their unprofessional management, they didn't find out until a few hours after my mother's patient in the same room passed away (we didn't notice it because there was a curtain). The nurse didn't find out until about 6pm in the evening. After the discovery, other patients were not properly arranged to check into the ward. In this way, my mother and another patient spent nearly an hour with the corpse, and strongly asked the visiting family members (me) to leave the ward. This unprofessional behavior forced me to make a decisive decision to send my mother home from the nursing home. After my repeated pleas, they agreed to let my mother wait in the lobby for discharge procedures. Another patient in the ward was still in the ward with the body because she had no family members to visit...
This experience frightened both my mother and I, causing us a lot of emotional harm, and we still dare not think about it until now. . .

My mom was admitted here for a month after her hip surgery. At first, we did not think this was a good place for my mom after reading the ratings and unfortunately, she's a very difficult person to attend to. Due to the location of Pinegrove, we had my mother transferred to Pinegrove from the hospital. After a month of her being there, we could not be more pleased with the service at Pinegrove. Everyone is really nice and my mom has zero complaints about the staff. She likes the food which is a shocker and when I talk to her on the phone I can hear the staff checking up on her.
When I visit her she's always doing some sort of an activity and she seems very comfortable in her room. I want to thank the staff from here for doing such a great job. It can be very stressful in times like these but Pinegrove has done an amazing job aiding my mom with her recovery. Thank you so much Pinegove Healthcare staff!
