This review is long overdue but wanted to give the labor and delivery team their flowers!! Thank you to the night shift team, Coral and Jamie for their care. It’s been almost half a year since I’ve given birth but their kindness is still something I think about.

The hospital is older and the facilities aren’t the nicest but I care about medical services first most importantly.

If you’re a first time mom reading some of the reviews don’t be scared! I was apprehensive but I had a great experience here.

the lactation consultant here was very encouraging and supportive as well. Thank you everyone!

My mom stayed here for 3 weeks and although the day nurses were kind, the night nurses were harsh and verbally and mentally abused her. 4th floor is where it happened. Even though I went to stay with my mom 3 days out of the week where I stayed till evening they managed to treat her horribly at night time. I pray KARMA gives them or their loved one a harsh visit one day.

Awful, unethical, and disgusting. When my mother gave birth to me around 20 years ago at this hospital (November 2004), the workers and nurses thought that it was okay and professional to allow someone who was scheduled to deliver later to cut in front of mine/my mom's turn all because the patient believed a psychic reading that indicated the best time to deliver her baby was apparently at the same time when it was my mom's turn to deliver me. YES, YOU READ IT CORRECT, A PSYCHIC READING made them believe that it's okay for them to break important work ethics by allowing patients to cut other patients off! This jeopardized not only my mom's life, and also my life before I even got to see the world! If you believe in God, do not come to this hospital. If you want to smoothly and safely deliver your baby with minimal complications while being treated with professional and ethical services, DO NOT COME HERE! AVOID!

This place is so horrible my mom has 2 weeks here and ive seen a stray animal get treated better than this place i dont understand how people are so ignorant and call themselves doctors and nurses here.. its your job to make the patients feel better about themselves not worse than they are there… i will make sure to report to HR and complain about the food there too

The doctors and nurses here are really amazing! My mom has received extremely meticulous care! Everything is very tidy. The nurses are very patient, and the doctors are very professional! I would greatly appreciate it!

When I was hospitalized, in the emergency room, the nurses were so kind, the doctor too. I didn’t have to wait for long to be seen. My experience was great.

Do not go here if you have other options. First time having surgery with them because the surgeon was only contracted with them but I will have to change providers. This hospital is awful. You’re not allowed to have your own room during your stay so you could be trying to recover from surgery with a middle aged loud woman next to you complaining about leg cramps after having a “5 day binger” of inhaling laughing gas after the dr forced the truth out of her or next to an 80 yr old complaining nonstop and calling nonstop for help for pain while also having multiple guests and visitors coming in and out of your room moving your curtains open and seeing you trying to change gowns or the doctor examining your surgical wounds. They also don’t enforce the visitor hours so you will still be dealing with that at midnight and 7am. I tried changing rooms to be by myself but was denied because there weren’t any. Worst hospital stay in my life.

I really like all nurses and doctors here, people are so nice like Taiwan, I feel I am at home now… they are also very professional and very nice to take care of me and my baby. Make me so relaxed and less worried ❤️☺️❤️❤️❤️❤️
