Had an appointment 4/22/25 @ 2pm. From my initial call to setup appointment Socorro has been amazing with setting the appointment and all the follow up even to the day of my set appointment. The xray technician was considerate of my condition and made me as comfortable as possible for the hour long procedure. Hats off to these 2 employees and what a great reflection they represent their company. Top notch and professional as well as caring.

Terrible phone service — they never answer the phone. If you’re lucky enough to get through, the call gets cut off after just a couple of words.

The clinic consistently struggles with understaffing, a fact they acknowledge, yet fail to address adequately. During my experience at the beginning of this month, I was placed on hold for an extended period, approximately 20 minutes, with the explanation being the shortage of staff. After a total wait time of 30 minutes, I was finally able to schedule my ultrasound appointment.

For the appointment, I was instructed to arrive at 2:00 pm, despite the actual appointment being at 2:30 pm. This early arrival was solely for the purpose of signing three documents, after which I was subjected to a further 29-minute wait. This delay was particularly uncomfortable as I had been advised to arrive with a full bladder for the ultrasound. When I expressed my discomfort to the manager, I was met with a dismissive response, indicating there was nothing that she could be done.

I wish to emphasize that time is a valuable asset for everyone, not just the facility. It is crucial for the clinic to recognize this and take appropriate measures to respect their patients' time and improve their service.

When I read these negative feedbacks from the customers, I was not surprised at all. I just had worst experience here I have ever had in my life. My appointment has been scheduled a month ago. I arrived there and checked in 5 minutes earlier than my appointment time. However, I have been sitting at waiting room for 2 hours. i started to question the nurse, I was told they looked for my report. I questioned this repot should have been done a long time ago, not in last minutes. They started to push away responsibility . What I felt very frustration, I wasted 2 hours there and nobody came to explain to me . I felt very disrespect. I requested to talk with the manager. That manager is lack of customers service skills. This is why the staff under her manage are so rude. After talking with her, she made me more frustration. so I complaint to her supervisor. Soon after, this manger stopped the doctor to talk about my medical issue. And told me "you are not coming back any more" . This manager was abusing her power to against my rights.

This is the worse place for costumes services. The people who are in the front desk are condescending. It took me 2 weeks just to schedule an appointment. I called them and give all my info and they told me that they would call me back in 30 min, so they can confirm my info. I gave them a call back 3 hrs after and they told me the same. Call next week and same story.
While in the office. The front people were so rude.

My doctor fine, he was what you spect when you see a doctor.

Unbelievable. The other imaging center I visited never charged patients $16 for a CD copy.

Not a good customer service waiting for you here. They don't talk to you like you are valuable. My family and I felt disrespected from the way they spoke to us. Well, it's not a surprise, once we saw the way they treat other customers. Well, the operators of the imaging are quite nice though.

Waited for more than two hours for a walk in X-ray when they said only one patient is before you. Bad customer service. Intake process is not efficient
