she said she doesn't care anymore and she doesn't want to care anymore if you are not strict to follow with her. like other patient said she want perfect patient come to visit, and Hello! need you perfect or get rid of you. she said she sold the office to another doctor and she only employee there. so? she changed, not like before anymore, who knows what's going on. very emotional, feel depressed to talk with her.

THIS REVIEW IS FOR KAREN THE RECEPTIONIST AND THE OLDER MAN! Terrible service from their receptionist Karen and other older man who works there! Dr. Lee had accepted us as new patients even though they mentioned clearly they weren’t accepting new patients however Dr. Lee personally said she’d accept us. Naturally during our appointment we had questions about insurance and what the pay would be. Karen, the rude receptionist then snaps and lets us know she can’t tell us the what the payment will be with a terrible attitude as if we are inconveniencing her for asking her to do her job. Every other medical office checks with insurance for the costs yet this Karen didn’t want to take the time to do so. Then she rudely suggests we leave and not be seen telling us that Dr. Lee won’t see us anymore. When we tried to get a hold of Dr. Lee to confirm if she can’t see us anymore, Karen and another rude man tells us they won’t get her and won’t let us talk to her. When we tried to reschedule, Karen did not allow us to work out a time that works for us and then blew up yelling at us saying she cannot find another time for us. Then she says “you know we aren’t even accepting new patients and we can always tell you to look for another primary doctor!”. Then Karen and another older man calls us difficult and say we are offending her staff as if they didn’t just yell at us! They then say “you’re questioning us about finances and how can you expect to come to the doctor and not pay” which wasn’t our question at all, we just wanted to know if our insurance covers the visit as well as how much we’d pay out of pocket. The older man then says “the doctor doesn’t want to see you, get out”. I’d give their service 0 stars if I could and have contacted their corporate office to file a formal complaint. They need to find a new receptionist and both should not be in a business that deals with customer service. They should be investigated with how they handle billing because the amount of times our grandparents had to go to them for “necessary visits” and pay was outrageous and it’s as if they are taking advantage of the elderly by making them pay more than they have to. It’s a big red flag that they blew up after our question about insurance as if they are hiding something and we will make sure this business gets investigated. Do yourself a favor and find another doctor and clinic!!!! SHADY PRACTICE!

Dr. Leslie Lee is an excellent doctor. Both me and my wife go to her and she takes good care off us and our body. You can tell that she really cares about her patients. She is very strict and discipline because many patients don't take care off themselves and she does not like it, she tells the patient like it is. some patients don't like it. But she is a life saver. We recommend her to our friends and family.

Leslie Lee is very kind, caring, compassionate. She takes her job very seriously. She is very professional at her job . My husband and I like her very much she is good doctor, she makes you feel very comfortable. She’s listens and explains everything in detail and without hesitation will translate both languages for couples so both understand completely. You will leave this doctor with a smile on your face.

I am Chiu Ng, I am a patient of Dr Leslie Lee, in November 2022, after my 5th Covid 19 vaccination, I developed a very itchy rash on my body, which gradually spread all over my body, I couldn't sleep, and very weak. Luckily, I was treated attentively by Dr. Leslie Lee, first of all, he used various steroid creams without any consequences. Because I used too many steroids, the doctor applied for a steroid-free ointment, but unfortunately the insurance did not approve it. After that, the doctor applied for a special medicine from the insurance company on my behalf. After taking it for several months, the condition was gradually brought under control. I am very grateful to the doctor for his dedication and help. Dr. Li is a very responsible doctor. Although one of my oral antipruritic drugs had some side effects, the doctor carefully explained that she was responsible for the patient and absolutely could not prescribe drugs that would affect the patient. From the advice, I can know that Dr. Li is so responsible, and I am very grateful to Dr. Li.

Please read the other negative reviews. I don't need to repeat what they already explain she does. In short, she wants to be a doctor of perfect healthy people. Everyone will get sick of something.... So once you get sick, she will drop you. So unethical. Also, people are that, people. That's why we need doctors.

She is also very untrustworthy and question people like the KGB id they are not doing what she tells them.

She brings stress to people that live already stressful lives. By her dropping and warning people she will not be their doctor, she is stressing and getting people worried and more sick.

In the middle of my battle of my life with my health problems SHE QUIT on me,Her reason She told ‘ it’s not because of me It’s because of Her ‘ I don’t know what’s the meaning of that, She doesn’t explain anything at all, All I know is She just quit on me. I feel very down because This doctor quit, when I needed help the most due to my health issue, She’s was my Primary doctor, She doesn’t deserve even 1 star. No Ethics at All.

If you do not go back to her office regularly, at least once per year, she will no longer consider you as her patient. I admit I haven’t been back since perhaps the end of 2018 so I am no longer her patient and she is no longer my doctor. I was told by the gentlemen over the phone as well that by law I am supposed to have a physical every year. Very strange.
