Tried calling to ask a simple question regarding insurance and the lady on the phone said she didn’t know and transferred me to another line that never answered and to then the line cutting off .. ( I attempted calling back but nobody ever answered back ) .They do not care or even try to help you . “I don’t know” are words you don’t ever want to hear at any medical facility. Useless staff.

Worst emergency room I have ever seen in my life and I am 57. I went with my son who was having terrible chest pains and they admitted him quickly but then was ignored when he told them he was about to pass out no one want to help him had to beg just for water. Had to take him to different emergency room where he was treated like a real human being who was in pain. We live walking distance from Alhambra hospital didn't read reviews before unfortunately

I was mistreated here for no reason. I'm 78 yes old and I have heart conditions and I was refused medical treatment and to be admitted the nurses and doctor are rude and corrupt. No one should condone these people inappropriate behavior and malfeasance. I noticed I was not the only person being mistreated at this ER. they only help or admit people of their favor not by practice of law.

The Emergency room, showed up there with my olady, 1:45am. Possible kidney stones, but not sure if they were big enough to be passed through her system, sever pain. The only ones in the ER waiting room, 1hr. 30minutes later, still no assistance 😕. Terrible service!!

I was taken there a couple weeks ago because of vomiting and stomach swelling and passing out , doctors took a while to see me but all the nurses/techs were great with me. doctor diagnosed me with an inflammation in my lymph nodes thankfully not cancerous. Only issue was the little waiting area they had me in

Just worse experience they didn't even try to find out what causing my pain at all. Said I had something that had no symptoms for my head hurt so bad I called 911 a UTI does not cause that much pain then sent me home with my fever at 102 Didn't listen to anything I was telling them. never again will I go to that hospital .
