I had a very pleasant experience. Awesome doctor and everything got done in a timely manner. Jessica and Micheal customer service was friendly and kind. ...but best of all was the price of my new glasses. A+ service

Overall, my experience at America’s Best was exceptional. I completed my visit within thirty minutes, leaving with a positive impression. Went in for an eye exam and glasses. We thought we had an appointment but turns out it was for a different location. Lucky we were greeted and helped by Michael and he squeezed me in even though it was busy. He was so sweet, nice and accommodating. I had to return to have my glasses adjust in a different occasion and he helped me right away and had them adjusted within minutes. This is definitely going to be my new eye care go to. Thank you Michael

I keep scheduling appointments and they keep cancelling them with no reason. The first time, they randomly sent me a confirmation text several days before the appointment. I was at work and didn’t see the message until 20 minutes after they sent it. Since I hadn’t responded yet, they canceled my appointment! Do you guys expect me to be glued to my phone at all hours waiting for a confirmation text? After this, I rescheduled the appointment since I really need to get it done. This time, they canceled the appointment without even asking for a confirmation. Tomorrow is the ONLY day I have off and I need an eye exam, but I guess America’s Best really doesn’t want customers?

Ashley was very polite and helpful. Came in to replace a nose pad and left with my glasses feeling brand new. As always the staff is so friendly and welcoming.

This is my third visit picking up my glasses and this time around they came super quick ! Only waited a week! Last time I had some issues with my frame and with the help of Ashley she made sure the lab double checked my frames so they weren’t so wide. Michael assisted me with my frames offering to adjust and clean them! Super helpful and efficient!

Wearing glasses everyday is a drag but trying to find the perfect pair is a bigger drag. I’m honestly very thankful for my overall experience coming to this location. I called to make an appointment and right away Ashley was the best customer service rep over the phone, she made me excited to come on by. Once I got here I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help or came in for an appointment. I then proceeded to get my exam and once I was done it was time to select my everyday eyeglasses 🥲. Erick was very helpful when it came to that from giving great suggestions to being supportive and there when I need something unlocked. I’m very indecisive so Erick’s patience and support was much appreciated!!! Cindy then checked me out and made my over all ending the best!! She even complimented me on my choices which made me more confident with my decision!! Not even two weeks later and they call me that they have it ready!! Feeling blessed and prioritized not going to lie! Ashley helped me out with my new pairs and she made sure they fit perfectly, to my liking! I loved it!! Honestly this store has the best customer service, friendliness, cleanliness, supportiveness and speediness checklist I have ever experienced. Will definitely be back and I will definitely recommend people to this location when asked!! 🙌

Okay so I’m not really one to write a review idk it’s just not me but I feel the need to just help people out. I would love to hate keep her but I have to share her cause she’s just always making it a fun experience and if you guys make it hard for me to get helped by her I’ll be pissed but go to Jessica/ jess she is amazing and I would go as far to say she gives me my eyesight back
