Their service are always good for years. But only the blood lab. One time the nurse who drawed my blood made my arm a big blue and pain for couple days.
This time is a new nurse who drawed my blood is getting worse. She missed my blood vine once, I can understand some new nurse they missed sometimes. Then she use the same alcohol wipes used always in the pink container to wipe my second vine with out cover my first vine. When she tied my arm again, the blood flew out little bit from my first insert needle spot. She draw first tube, then when she insert second tube, her needle moved, the blood streaming less. It’s fine she is very very experienced. Then she did a horrible thing on me. She used the used alcohol wipes to wipe the blind from her glove, then she wiped my arm where the blood is fleeing out. I was very upset. 😭 I told her could u use a new alcohol wipe? She has good altitude said yes. After she wipe my arm where the blood flew out again. She put a tape on it. Then she said are u a nurse? I have been drawing blood few times a months. I never see someone wipe my blood vine use used alcohol wipes! But when blood is flew out with used wipe that wiped the blood from her glove is horrible!
