We LOVE Dr. Ma and her team. They are wonderful people, very friendly and genuine, and great at what they do! Both Stacy and Dr. Ma show a lot of care as they talk about my concerns, and I trust them to provide the best care of my teeth. They put even my 5YO and 8YO at ease! Melanie at the front office is also wonderful -- so knowledgeable and efficient and so caring as well. So happy to have found this practice for me and my family.

Thank you Evergreen Dental Team! Dr.Ma and dental assistants Alma and Mariana are super gentle with my babies AND SOOOO FAST! Stacy the hygienist is so sweet and fun.They explain all treatment/steps to ease my little ones and even offered putting a video they like up for them while being seen. My kids actually look forward to coming into office which I never imagined I’d see in my wildest dreams! All it took was one visit and they immediately gained my babies trust. (My son has severe dental anxiety and had to be put under IV sedation in the past at his first dental office for treatment but because of Evergreen Dental Care he finally didn’t need to!)They are so sweet and welcoming. So grateful they helped my children gain confidence in their dental needs. Thank you guys so much!!!

I had a truly outstanding experience at Evergreen Dental Care. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. This review is based find 2 visits. Evergreen has a very inviting waiting room with plenty of books and complementary coffee. Staff has been extremely nice, attentive, and accommodating with my schedule. Dr. Michelle Ma is very skilled and thorough in her profession. I didn’t think doctors read the answers to the new patient questionnaire but Dr. Ma did (and found my made-up profession) and we discussed my answers along with my concerns. Dr. Ma really spent quality time with me explaining the condition of my teeth and thoroughly provided details of the procedure. I really appreciate the many little things she does and her attention to the details. I would definitely recommend Evergreen to anyone looking for an excellent dentist.

Due to prior history, my dental care is complicated. Whether it is x-rays, injections, or repairing a tooth, Dr. Ma and the staff have had to adapt to work with me and they are always kind and accommodating.

Working with the prior dentist, Dr. Chang, was excellent. Before he retired, he spent many months seeking the right dentist to take his place and I am so glad he did!

> my only hesitation in leaving this review is that Dr. Ma will be so busy that I cannot get an appointment.< Dr. Ma Came recommended from a family member. My first appointment I had to change Last minute due to an acutely ill family member. The staff was very accommodating. When I made it to my rescheduled appointment. Dr. Ma greeted me immediately by name, even though I had never been there before. Her clean and serene office and her demeanor immediately put everything to ease. Even the bathroom is very clean and smells well! Her staff is the same, kind and considerate. Dr. Ma was very thorough reviewing my online questionnaire with me. They have a large television at the Dentist chair With my survey, while doing the x-rays, so everything is very transparent. She really wanted to get to the source of any questions or problems that I had. She explained things very well and in a manner that is easy to understand. I don’t have a ton of crazy dental issues. So I can’t really speak to extensive procedures. However, her touch as well as her assistant’s was very gentle. She also treats her staff as kindly as her patients. She didn’t try to push extra things on me. She discussed reasonable options to proceed with various concerns. Overall, I left, knowing that I needed to leave a review because everyone should know that she is a wonderful dentist and person. Thank you.

Thank you so much Dr. Ma, and the dental team, Stacey and Melanie! I’ve been coming to Evergreen for over 6 years now and since Dr. Ma has taken over the dental practice, she continues to provide the same care and supportive services that I so appreciate and I feel at ease when I come for my teeth cleanings and check-ups. Whenever I have any specific questions, Dr. Ma listens and provides my needs. Overall, I highly recommend coming here, especially being an all-woman professional dental team!

I was impressed by the way the doctor extracted my tooth that has little left outside the gums; I experienced no pain & was removed in less time that I expected; the doctor was very professional in her interactions with me; I would not hesitate to recommend her to my friends & relatives.
