Dr. Chan performed my mom’s colonoscopy and we got the results pretty much immediately printed out for us. But the office said we had to make an appointment to “go over the results” with the doctor. And I repeatedly asked if it’s any different from the results that we got after the surgery.. and they just kept telling me that I have to make an appointment to see the doctors to talk about the results. So we did. Appointment time was at 9am, they open at 9am. We were there at 8:30am. We were the FIFTH patient called in and saw Dr. Chan only for him to BROWSE THROUGH the results that I have already gotten after the surgery. So I asked him, why the heck did I pay $50 copay and waited over an hour to see him to tell my mom to “eat less red meat and more veggies.”

And after called him out he said well you pay for the advice.. and I’m like okay what is it? Eat more Veggies? And the results I already have…

And then he takes us out to the reception area and said something in Chinese to his front desk ladies, and said to me: “Next time if you don’t want to come, don’t come! It’s America!”

Horribly rude people at the front, you can barely understand what they’re saying because they don’t speak English. If you don’t speak, Mandarin, I don’t advise coming here. I waited for over an hour just to find out that my doctor has even more attitude than the receptionist. These people should not have a medical license nor be allowed to do anything with peoples health.

First time patient got there early like 3 hours and they didn’t took me in to a room after my scheduled appointment after that I waited 1 hour for Physician Assistance to see me is ridiculous.

The location in city of industry, that office service is too bad, they keep forgetting to make a gastroenterologist appointment, and call too many times, and each time different person, and they keep asking me the same question, look like they don't care about the patient's healthy.

I called yesterday and left a voicemail to arrange a colonoscopy after being on hold for about 10 minutes. Today, I called again and someone answered after 5 minutes of being hold. When I said I wanted to schedule an appointment, she immediately put me on hold again until I reached the voicemail again. Being a first time patient, I chose this location based on the reviews of Gastroenterologists in Monterey Park. Unfortunately, if they can't even acknowledge you as a person nor return calls, it means they have too much business and do not want new ones. Had I known this, I would have saved 20 minutes of my life wasting my time being on hold.

Meet with PA Chung , she was very attentive, addressed all of my concerns, arranged procedure. Their team tried their best to accommodate my needs even though their clinics gets busy. I felt I am in good hands under the care of Dr Chan and PA Chung. Thank you .

I was referred here by my primary care for a standard colonoscopy screening. Given that I have a family history of colon cancer, I was extremely nervous to be going through this process. During my consultation, I was seen by Angela Chung, the PA. She was knowledgable and thorough during my appointment. After my colonoscopy (done by Dr. Chan), I was given instructions to call the clinic for a followup to review my results. The receptionist gave me the option to come back to the clinic for an in-person appointment or telehealth with Angela. I chose to do telehealth and I couldn’t have asked for a smoother process! The clinic displays professionalism and kindness and the providers here truly care about your GI health and wellbeing. I highly recommend coming to this clinic for all of your GI needs!

Absolutely terrible, these people do not care about patients and do not care about their jobs, I had orinally seen PA Chung here and at first she was wonderful and scheduled me for my procedure which went well, however after when they called me to give the results the person I spoke with was very short and didn't let me speak and seemed very busy, originally I was suppose to also discuss a new medication with them after the procedure but that never happened, I scheduled an appointment a few months later and they never called me for my appoinent i called them 20 minutes after they were supposed to call me and they told me they would call as soon as I hung up and they never did, so I called 45 minutes later and they told me they couldn't help me and to wait for the doctor, I asked to reschedule and they told me no they already helped me enough, 2 hours later someone not from my care team called me and I was not available for the call. I tried to call back 5 minutes later and they told me they closed 40 mintues ago. They are rude and deplorable and do not care about helping you, I would stay far away from them and I will be filing a report
