I thought the staff was great. My son who has Down syndrome received a care giver within for days. And I pick a date for Irene to come care for my son who is great. Very sweet person and caring. My son liked her. And I requested her again.
I don’t understand why people get so upset. You know staff at places like this change employees. So not all of them are not caring. Give people the benefit of the doubt. God gave us these special children. Be humble. And thank you Andrea who works at Maxim for being nice and giving me a great care giver. ❤️

She has definitely adjusted to my sons special needs rather quickly she is very reliable, great communication, trustworthy, and caring. Maxim provided us with the perfect respite caregiver for our daughter who has behavior issues. Carmen V. Is very understanding and patient. Always has a positive and caring attitude. She strives to bring out the best in our daughter by encouraging her to participate in a variety of activities or just by listening and talking with her.
