Went for acupuncture treatment on a Tuesday. The interns were both cordial and professional, however, the doctor in charge that day was rude and incompetent. He spoke about my treatment in Chinese to the interns while I sat there with no idea what was going on. Then he proceeded to insert a needle in the lower back of my knee which sent a shock to my toe. He tells me not to eat spicy food then leaves without any explanation of what type of treatment I would receive, but the interns performed as he requested. The next day, after sitting for an extended time I had difficulty walking. This happened throughout the day so I returned to complain. The secretary wouldn't provide the doctor's name, telling me he no longer works there. I don't know whether this is true. Another doctor told me he would fix the problem but I've lost all confidence in a place that doesn't perform due diligence when hiring a doctor. In conclusion, give careful thought to a place which may have some excellent doctors, but it only takes one bad one to cause serious medical issues.

This school has more Chinese classes than English ones, so it needs to recruit more English-speaking students so that it balances out, IMO. Other than that, professors are alright, some could be more exciting or enthusiastic about the TCM classes. Overall, a small but more economical choice if one fits in, imo.

Good College to learn tradicatonal Chinese Medicine. There are also online acupuncture classes.You can choose full time or part time.Financial aid available. Nice teacher.

I feel that studying here seems to be the same in a big family. The office staff is very kind and patient to solve problems for us. The teacher explained clearly in class, I like to study here.

This school is a total joke. They are under investigation by California Acupuncture Board for non-compliance of their curriculums. Completely untrustworthy.
