I had the chance to team up with Chrystal earlier this year when a parent of a student of mine was seeking assessment. We worked in close collaboration over the course of the assessment and Chrystal was incredibly knowledgeable and very professional. She explained the process well and made my student and her parents feel at ease during the assessment process. We truly enjoyed working with her and highly recommend her!

I've been seeing Chrystal on and off for about a year now and I wanted to share that she's an excellent therapist. She provides supportive care designed to help you understand and move through older wounds and present issues.
She accommodated to my busy working schedule and offered me evening and weekend appointments, then when I had to relocate for work, we switched over to telehealth. I’m so grateful that our sessions can continue in the midst of covid too.
Chrystal has a true passion for wanting an individual to reach their full potential and has tremendously helped me with my mental health!

I had the pleasure of working with Chrystal with a Chinese American middle school immigrant. The care and empathy Chrystal provided was extraordinary and allowed my client to work through some of the challenges that many children her age have to go through as an immigrant. I scheduled a consultation for my daughter in middle school to help her deal with the emotional toll of a global pandemic. I worried about her mental health and needed someone to help her navigate her thoughts and feelings. It was an easy choice for us to stick with Mrs. Chan and we have continued with one-on-one telehealth sessions. Mrs. Chan has definitely proved to be successful in minimizing the impact of a traumatic experience for a young student. My daughter has shown great improvement with her mood and grades despite the new virtual setting with Mrs. Chan’s therapy!

Chrystal was extremely helpful with helping me attain my emotional support animal letter.
