Kameelah at the front desk was such a great start to an otherwise scary visit for me. She was very welcoming, professional, and kind. She went out of her way to squeeze me into an appointment with Dr. Kim for which I am very grateful. She started my experience off on such a positive note and ended it with such a positive note when I went for labs. Where did you find such an amazing professional like Kameelah!
Yazmin the nurse I had made me feel comfortable and was extremely kind and down to earth and professional.

After a 30-minute wait for our appointment, the doctor barely budged, statoscope glued to her neck like a fashion statement, and declared, “Lungs are clear!” I asked again, just to be sure, “So the lungs are clear?” and she repeated, “Yes, lungs are clear throughout!” What a circus act!

Best phlebotomist at Kaiser Aliso Viejo Medical Offices! I’ve tried other labs and no one is as good. Other labs poke around, can’t hit the vein, bruise me up, etc. My “guy” at this location is so smooth - barely hurts, gets the vein EVERY TIME, and is super fast. Every now and again, he smiles at one of my corny jokes too. I’m relieved every time I can get in at this lab!

Every year the rates go up, the parking gets worse, appointment times get longer and there is no measurable difference in the quality service

It’s impossible to overstate how amazing Dr. McIver is. He’s the best primary care doctor I’ve ever had. You can tell he really loves being a primary care physician. I’m sure the other docs at this location are great, but if you’re a Kaiser member looking for a primary care doctor, try to select him as your PCP. He’s incredibly intelligent and he takes the time to explain things in a way that a lay person can understand. Also, I’m sure he’s extremely busy, but I never feel rushed when I have an appointment with him, even on days when the waiting room is packed full with people.

Love going to Kaiser Aliso. The staff is so friendly! The dr took the time to explain everything and was proactive in my care plan. They got me an appointment in reasonable time and set up a follow up appointment while I was there. Extremely happy with Aliso Kaiser!
