Very accommodating staff. The concierge are very friendly. Dr Diaz and her assistant work gently. Dr Diaz had very light hand I didn't even feel any pain. She spoke very specific about the insurance coverage what is covered and not. She explained very thoroughly about the procedure and condition of your teeth and gums. Worst dentist to come. I called ahead and asked if they accepted my sons insurance, my son had provided them his Group ID and the receptionist had told him that they accepted his insurance and he was able to come for care. Once entering the office my son had already filled out their questionnaire by INCLUDING his insurance, and when we got there they asked for copies. We then proceeded through the office and mid procedure, they told him his insurance was not accepted and the person who told my son that his insurance was accepted had provided him incorrect information which created a big conflict of interest. The office manager came out and she really needs to work on her customer service, she has a big attitude and not a willingness to work with the problem but rather put the blame on people. Will not be recommending this dentist to anyone.

I avoided going to the dentist for years until a cracked tooth turned into an a painful toothache. I went to Dr. Diaz and Dr. Shahzadi’s office for an emergency appointment and I haven’t stopped going to them since. The doctors and staff are gentle when doing cleanings, taking off orthodontic wires, and doing any sort of procedure and they are so friendly as well as helpful! Now my whole family and friends go to them too. I am always pleased with they’re work and my appointments. I highly recommend them to everyone!!
